Hola hive, hoy les quiero hablar de una película que muchos de nosotros ya conocemos y hace poco salió esta secuela, así que como la vi hace poco no veo mejor momento para hacer esta reseña, por esa razón es que hoy les quiero hablar de Avatar: The Way Of Water.
Avatar: The Way Of Water es una película de ciencia ficción lanzada en el 2022, dirigida y producida por el gran James Cameron, protagonizada por Sam Worthington y Zoe Saldaña, The Way Of Water es la secuela de la pelicula de avatar lanzada en el 2009, y mas de 10 años después James Cameron nos trae esta nueva película que nos muestra El Progreso de nuestro protagonista en este increíble mundo, pero no todo es perfecto como suena. Dicho esto ahora si comencemos!
Cabe destacar que Avatar (2009) la vi en el cine cuando estaba pequeño, entonces hay muchas cosas que no me acordaba porque obviamente tengo mucho tiempo que no la veo, sin embargo en términos generales me acordaba de lo más importante así que pude tener una buena experiencia con esta secuela.
Primero siempre me gusta empezar hablando de lo que más me encanto de la película y en este caso sin duda es todo el aspecto visual y es que para nadie es un secreto que este es el verdadero fuerte de esta película, tener un nivel de animación bastante impactante que sorprende todos los detalles y colores que podemos observar.
Estéticamente hablando lo que más me gusta es como hicieron todo el agua y las escenas de agua en la película, y es que supongo que animar un efecto tan realista debe ser bastante complejo y esta película lo logra al 100%, tanto así que es hasta satisfactorio ver dichas escenas debido a lo perfectas que son.
En cuanto a la trama al principio no me convencía de a mucho, porque el primer acto de la película se me hizo bastante pesado, ya que no sentía la suficiente empatía con los personajes como enganchar con lo que estaba sucediendo, sin embargo ya de la mitad hacia adelante que ya conocía mejor a los personajes empecé a disfrutar y valorar mucho más la historia y se me empezó a hacer menos densa la película.
A mi en lo personal me cuesta mucho ver películas tan larga y es que para ser sincero tuve que ver The Way Of Water en dos partes porque no pude verla toda de una sola vez, más que todo por lo que dije que el inicio no me termino de enganchar, aparte de que yo recomendaría haber visto la primera recientemente ya que esto podría hacer que te atrape mas rápido.
Sin embargo el final me conmovió y me gustó mucho, la verdad no espere que el final me fuese a gustar tanto, pero realmente me parece que es un buen cierre para esta historia y un excelente mensaje que nos deja a nosotros como espectadores, así que por este lado no tengo ninguna crítica ya que en mi opinión consideraría este último acto como de lo mejor de la película.
Es totalmente notorio que el foco principal de Avatar The Way Of Water es toda la parte visual porque la historia se podría sintetizar en 2 horas fácilmente, sin embargo esto nos privaría de ver esos hermosos paisajes ficticios hechos por computadora que la verdad enamoran y siento que es parte crucial de la experiencia de la película, me arrepiento un poco de haberla poder ver en el cine, ya que siento que era la manera correcta de disfrutar esta joyita.
En conclusión me parece un gran película que apuesta por la parte visual y se basa 100% en ello, tiene una historia buena pero no es el foco principal. Si buscas una película dinámica y con un ritmo acelerado tal vez esta no sea la mejor opción, pero si lo que quieres es sentarte a ver un espectáculo visual, definitivamente avatar the way of water es para ti.

Hi hive, today I want to talk about a movie that many of us already know and recently came out this sequel, so as I saw it recently I see no better time to do this review, for that reason is that today I want to talk about Avatar: The Way Of Water.
Avatar: The Way Of Water is a sci-fi movie released in 2022, directed and produced by the great James Cameron, starring Sam Worthington and Zoe Saldana, The Way Of Water is the sequel to the avatar movie released in 2009, and more than 10 years later James Cameron brings us this new movie that shows us The Progress of our protagonist in this incredible world, but not everything is perfect as it sounds. That said, now let's get started!
It should be noted that Avatar (2009) I saw it in the cinema when I was little, so there are many things that I did not remember because obviously I have a long time that I do not see it, however in general terms I remembered the most important so I could have a good experience with this sequel.
First I always like to start talking about what I loved most about the film and in this case it is undoubtedly the visual aspect and it is no secret that this is the real strength of this film, having a very impressive level of animation that surprises all the details and colors that we can see.
Aesthetically speaking what I like the most is how they did all the water and water scenes in the film, and I guess that animating such a realistic effect must be quite complex and this film achieves it 100%, so much so that it is even satisfying to see such scenes because of how perfect they are.
As for the plot at the beginning I was not very convinced, because the first act of the film was quite heavy, because I did not feel enough empathy with the characters to engage with what was happening, however already from the middle forward that I already knew the characters better I began to enjoy and appreciate the story much more and I began to make the film less dense.
Personally I find it hard to watch such long movies and to be honest I had to watch The Way Of Water in two parts because I couldn't watch it all at once, mostly because of what I said that the beginning didn't hook me, besides I would recommend to have seen the first one recently as this could make it catch you faster.
However the ending moved me and I liked it a lot, the truth is I didn't expect to like the ending so much, but I really think it is a good closure for this story and an excellent message that leaves us as viewers, so on this side I have no criticism since in my opinion I would consider this last act as the best of the film.
It is totally notorious that the main focus of Avatar The Way Of Water is all the visual part because the story could be synthesized in 2 hours easily, however this would deprive us of seeing those beautiful fictional landscapes made by computer that really make us fall in love and I feel that it is a crucial part of the experience of the film, I regret a little to have been able to see it in the theater, because I feel it was the right way to enjoy this little jewel.
In conclusion I think it's a great movie that bets on the visual part and is 100% based on it, it has a good story but it's not the main focus. If you are looking for a dynamic and fast paced movie maybe this is not the best option, but if what you want is to sit and watch a visual spectacle, definitely avatar the way of water is for you.
