El director James Mangold nos presenta una película con una buena historia detrás, viendo como dos conductores, uno ya retirado y el otro en el apogeo de su carrera, amantes de los motores como pocos en la historia, se superan constantemente una y otra vez en la confección de un auto, el cual buscan que sea capaz de ganar a cualquier otro sobre el pavimento.
Director James Mangold presents us with a movie with a good story behind it, seeing how two drivers, one already retired and the other at the height of his career, lovers of engines like few in history, constantly outdo each other again and again in the making of a car, which they seek to be able to beat any other on the pavement.
Aquí encontramos actuaciones magníficas, a la cabeza el gran y multifacético Christian Bale, acompañado de un Matt Damon que lo hace bien, sin ser uno de sus mejores papeles, aunque déjenme decirles que la traducción daña un poco esto último, por lo que tuve que iniciarla en su idioma original, pudiendo disfrutar la cinta mucho más.
Here we find magnificent performances, leading the great and multifaceted Christian Bale, accompanied by a Matt Damon who does it well, without being one of his best roles, although let me tell you that the translation damages the latter a bit, so I had to start it in its original language, being able to enjoy the tape much more.

Se nos relata una historia muy distorsionada, pero al mismo tiempo muy interesante basada en la vida de Ken Miles, uno de los mejores conductores de la historia, quién después de que la compañía Ford quedará en ridículo por culpa de Ferrari, está abre una nueva división para correr, contratando a Carroll Shelby, conductor retirado y jefe del nuevo equipo, quien busca a Miles para ser el conductor de su nuevo auto, para así lograr destronar a Ferrari y devolverles el golpe.

Este tipo de películas busca siempre dos cosas, la primera una historia muy apegada a los hechos reales, tratando de contar muy fielmente que fue lo que sucedió, y la otra es buscar algo más entretenido, generalmente con poca realidad, pero buscando siempre mantenernos sorprendidos. Este filme trata de buscar un punto medio, en el que no es ni una cosa ni la otra, siendo el mayor punto negativo para mi gusto, ya que los hechos "reales" están casi todos manipulados, omitidos o incluso inventados.
This type of film always looks for two things, the first a story very attached to real events, trying to tell very faithfully what happened, and the other is looking for something more entertaining, generally with little reality, but always looking to keep us surprised . This film tries to find a middle point, in which it is neither one thing nor the other, being the biggest negative point for my taste, since the "real" events are almost all manipulated, omitted or even invented.
En cuanto al factor espectáculo me pareció muy correcta, buenas escenas de acción, autos a altas velocidades, coches increíbles... aunque tampoco llega a ser perfecto no mucho menos, muchos autos ni siquiera son de la época y me hizo falta más coches en la carrera principal, más tráfico, la simple muy simplona y no se observa lo realmente difícil que es competir a esa nivel, al igual que un poco más de público y ruido, así todo fuera CGI, ayudaría más al espectáculo.
As for the show factor, it seemed very correct, good action scenes, cars at high speeds, incredible cars ... although it is not perfect, not much less, many cars are not even from the time and I needed more cars in the main race, more traffic, the simple one very simplistic and you don't see how difficult it is to compete at that level, as well as a little more crowd and noise, even if everything were CGI, it would help the show more.
No todo fue negativo, tiene muchas cosas buenas que para mí superan lo malo, como que el ritmo de la película es muy bueno, en ningún momento me sentí aburrido. Otra cosa es la construcción de la historia, se centra mucho en el desarrollo de los personajes y en entender a quienes están detrás del volante y de las tuercas de los autos. Y ya por último la construcción del ambiente de los 60 es muy creíble, la vestimenta, los escenarios, hasta como se expresan, dándole un toque final muy bueno.

Another thing is the construction of the story, it focuses a lot on the development of the characters and on understanding those who are behind the wheel and the nuts of the cars. And finally, the construction of the 60s atmosphere is very credible, the clothing, the settings, even how they are expressed, giving it a very good final touch.
En conclusión, me parece una película muy buena, con muchos errores en cuanto a los hechos reales, pero que sigue siendo igual o incluso más atrapante, teniendo de todo, desde drama, acción, comedia, momentos épicos, melancolía, tristeza y muchos autos y velocidad. Muy recomendable para ver y quedarse atrapado con la historia.
In conclusion, I think it is a very good movie, with many errors in terms of the real events, but it is still the same or even more compelling, having everything from drama, action, comedy, epic moments, melancholy, sadness and many cars and speed.
