Estoy algo indeciso en referencia a este filme, ya que hay ciertas cosas que me gustaron y otras que sinceramente no, e incluso me aburrieron muchísimo, por lo que trataré de dar una visión un poco más neutra de lo que generalmente hago, ya que a varios amigos si les gustó y no quiero desanimar a nadie para que la vea solo por mi opinión.
I am somewhat indecisive in reference to this film, since there are certain things that I liked and others that I honestly did not, and they even bored me a lot, so I will try to give a slightly more neutral vision than what I generally do, since Several friends did like it and I don't want to discourage anyone from watching it just because of my opinion.
La premisa de la película ya la hemos visto antes, un asesino en serie en busca de un objeto místico cambia de cuerpo con una adolescente, convirtiéndose en una asesina de 1.65m, con el cabello amarrado con una cola, de la que nadie sospecharía por lo inofensiva que se ve, quien se dedica a seguir matando adolescentes, mientras que la ley busca a su cuerpo anterior.
We have seen the premise of the film before, a serial killer in search of a mystical object changes bodies with a teenage girl, turning into a 6-foot-5 killer, with her hair tied with a tail, which no one would suspect for how harmless she looks, who is dedicated to continuing to kill teenagers, while the law seeks her previous body.

En el otro lado de la historia, la adolescente despierta en el cuerpo del asesino serial, donde tiene que escabullirse sin ser vista, ya que está entre los más buscados, con fotos en todos lados, al llegar a su escuela se consigue con sus amigos y mediante una batalla que me resulta algo cómica, los convence de que es Millie (con bailecito ridículo de Vince Vaughn incluido), comenzando allí la carrera por volver a su cuerpo.
On the other side of the story, the teenager awakens in the body of the serial killer, where she has to sneak away without being seen, since she is among the most wanted, with photos everywhere, when she gets to her school she finds herself with her friends and through a battle that is somewhat comical to me, she convinces them that she is Millie (with a ridiculous little dance by Vince Vaughn included), starting there the race to return to her body.
La historia y la forma en que se cuentan los hechos les hizo falta indagar un poco más en los detalles, no vemos en ningún momento de dónde sale el asesino o que lo motiva hacer lo que hace, pero sobre todo me hubiera gustado más saber de la maldición de la daga y porque el Blissfield Butcher la buscaba. Un detalle que me pareció muy cómico fue ese dardo a la educación actual, en la cual Josh, a pesar de estar en español avanzado, no entiende ni lee una frase en la daga.
The story and the way in which the facts are told made it necessary to investigate a little more in the details, we do not see at any moment where the murderer comes from or what motivates him to do what he does, but above all I would have liked to know more about the dagger curse and why the Blissfield Butcher was looking for it. A detail that I found very funny was that dart to current education, in which Josh, despite being in advanced Spanish, does not understand or read a sentence on the dagger.
Las escenas de terror fueron muy pocas, pero sobre todo bien logradas al inicio del filme, en cuanto a la comedia, fue lo mejor, escenas como la pelea que ya mencioné me dieron mucha risa, pero la que se ganó la medalla fue el beso entre Blissfield Butcher (Vince Vaughn), cuando aún era Millie, y Booker (Uriah Shelton), demostrando que amor de verdad puede vencer hasta que estes en el cuerpo de un señor mayor, buscado por la policía y que ha matado a un montón de personas, jajaja.
The horror scenes were very few, but above all well achieved at the beginning of the film, as for the comedy, it was the best, scenes like the fight that I already mentioned gave me a lot of laugh, but the one that won the medal was the kiss between Blissfield Butcher (Vince Vaughn), when he was still Millie, and Booker (Uriah Shelton), proving that true love can win until you are in the body of an older man, wanted by the police and who has killed a lot of people, jajajaja.
En cuanto a los actores, Vince Vaughn y Kathryn Newton siendo los protagonistas estuvieron bien, al igual que el resto del elenco. Lo más negativo para mí fue que nunca me interese realmente por la cinta, de esta tan llena de clichés adolescentes que simplemente me pareció una más del montón.
As for the actors, Vince Vaughn and Kathryn Newton being the leads were fine, as were the rest of the cast. The most negative thing for me was that I was never really interested in the film, this one so full of teenage clichés that it just seemed like one of the bunch.
En conclusión, me pareció una película algo interesante, pero no me gustó del todo si les soy sincero, por momentos me llegó a aburrir, incluso a parecerme muy absurda, pero unos amigos con quienes vi la película tuvieron una mejor experiencia que yo, porque lo que en el peor de los casos está cinta te distraerá y te sacará unas cuantas risas.
In conclusion, I thought it was a somewhat interesting movie, but I did not like it at all if I'm honest, at times it bored me, even seemed very absurd, but some friends with whom I saw the film had a better experience than me, because which in the worst case scenario this tape will distract you and get you a few laughs.
