This story unfolds in the times of the First World War. Al ser secuestrados por una tribu de caníbales, logran descifrar y armar el rompecabezas, y con la cercanía de la próxima luna de sangre, los tres bandos lucharán por cumplir su objetivo.

La trama es muy sencilla, no hay grandes giros que no puedas intuir fácilmente, pero si mucha comedia, muy típico de estas producciones de Disney. Me recuerda mucho a otras películas como Piratas de Caribe, por la clara referencia de piratas malditos, o también a Indiana Jones, por la aventura en la selva y la busca de un objeto único perdido en el tiempo, y cuanto a las relaciones que se forman en el barco, es una clara referencia a la reina de África.

En cuanto a las actuaciones, Dwayne Johnson y Emily Blunt logran buena química en la pantalla, pero poco más que eso, "La Roca" siempre interpreta al mismo personaje una y otra vez, por lo que ya se está haciendo muy aburrido. Jesse Plemons vuelve hacer un gran papel, ya que termina siendo muy raro y hasta incómodo de ver, Edgar Ramírez no tiene mucho tiempo en pantalla, pero como siempre, no desentona.
Acting-wise, Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt have good on-screen chemistry, but little more than that, "The Rock" always plays the same character over and over again, so it's getting pretty boring already. Este filme también está repleto de efectos especiales, que funcionan en algunos momentos, y en otros arruina todo al llenar la pantalla de mucho color que se ve poco realista, y a pesar que me gustó Proxima, con ese CGI llega a cansar verla después de un tiempo. La banda sonora está bien, pero no será una que recordaremos por siempre, como si lo hace Piratas del Caribe o Indiana Jones.

En conclusión, es una película para matar el tiempo, puede llegar a ser entretenida, pero no esperes mucho más, hay demasiadas cosas que no tienen sentido como un protagonista venido de España que no habla español o portugués, a pesar de tener cientos de años en Brasil, o como los demás no envejecen pero el protagonista cambio totalmente. Lo que más me aburre de todo es lo predecible que se vuelve todo, Frank es libre, vamos a Inglaterra y me quedé con un pétalo que me regaló el guión, yeyyy lo logramos, se que es una producción de Disney, pero por ejemplo, haber dejado descansar a Frank con los piratas hubiera sido un final más acordé.
