Todos ya conocemos la historia del gorila gigante. Tras llegar a la isla, los explorados empiezan con su trabajo "investigativo", pero lo que me llamo la atención fue que no hubo tiempo de sospechar que algo está mal, Kong hace su maravillosa aparición muy rápido, sin darnos tiempo de nada. Posterior a esto todos hacen viajen por separados intentando sobrevivir, consiguiendo una aldea de humanos perdidos, luchando contra otros monstruos, todo con el fin de huir de la isla.
After arriving on the island, the exploreds begin their "investigative" work, but what caught my attention was that there was no time to suspect that something is wrong, Kong makes his wonderful appearance very quickly, without giving us time for anything. After this they all travel separately trying to survive, getting a village of lost humans, fighting other monsters, all in order to flee the island.
La isla y los monstruos me parecieron muy bien hechos, notando que las batallas están muy bien hechas, cosa difícil de lograr con criaturas gigantes (sino pregunten a la saga de Transformers). En cuanto a lo peor de la cinta, tendría que ser el guión, el cual no tiene sentido y desaprovecha la calidad de actores con la que cuenta, al igual que algunas tramos de la película, que no tienen sentido.
The island and the monsters seemed very well done, noting that the battles are very well done, something difficult to achieve with giant creatures (but ask the Transformers saga). As for the worst of the film, it would have to be the script, which does not make sense and wastes the quality of actors it has, like some sections of the film, which do not make sense.
Para terminar, la película me gustó, aunque no llega a ser una obra maestra, una de las cosas que no la dejan ser más de lo que es, es que a pesar de todo, la historia tiene muchas lagunas y por sobre todo, está película la sentí más como una introducción a la siguiente de Kong vs Godzilla, que un tributo al gran gorila.
