La historia comienza con Joe Bawers, un militar y una persona muy promedio, es promovido para ser conejillo de indias, junto a una prostituta llamada Rita, pero algo sale mal y terminan congelados y llevados 500 años en el futuro.

Luego de buscar ayuda, Bawers termina preso y se da cuenta aún más de la estupidez de esta nueva sociedad. Después de registrarse y realizar unas pruebas para calcular su IQ, se da cuenta que es un genio en comparación de los demás, llegando a ser la mano derecha del presidente de los Estados Unidos.
After seeking help, Bawers ends up in prison and realizes even more the stupidity of this new society. After registering and taking some tests to calculate his IQ, he realizes that he is a genius compared to others, becoming the right hand of the President of the United States.
