Marvel has introduced many super hero to us through television and movies. We have seen the marvelous DAREDEVILS. With that continuity Marvel brought us "Jessica Jones". But somehow it did not worked that much as other Marvel television series.
Story and Screenplay-
Jessica is a private investigator. But she has amazing physical power. She can fight amazingly . But, she is mind controlled by Kilgrave, who is the antagonist of the story. She is not strong enough to fight him because he is in her head, her mind. She just can not get him out of her inner-self. Throughout the 1st season of Jessica Jones, she tries to fight against the evil and meets with another super hero LUKE CAGE. The problem with the screenplay is that it was not engaging enough. people did not got to see the inner-self of Kilgrave. Kilgrave is a very powerful villain because of his power of controlling mind. But we did not see the full powered position of him in the series. Jessica's character was not written well enough.
Acting-
Krysten Ritter played the protagonist, Jessica. She failed to left impression in people's mind . She was not very natural in Jessica's character. We haven't seen enough of David Tennant as Kilgrave. We just saw him towards the end of the series . He should have got more footage in the series.
