John Wick (2014) is a great example of showing that movies which are entertaining have good stories. It is not your typical action movie where the audience can not feel the protagonist.
Story and Screenplay-
John Wick was Hit-man in his earlier life. But because of this wife's death he left all the bad works. He just-now lives in his house peacefully . But deep in side he is still that hit-man. He just has a dog which was gifted by his wife .That is why he loves that dog. But one day a criminal just came and killed his dog and snatched his Favorited car. His hitman instincts were hiding inside for a long time. Now he has got a chance to unload those anger and emotions. And also for the fact that he only had a dog as companion and that also was gifted by his wife. Now, how he takes the revenge, is the story.
The screenplay is very good. It has showed the good and ugly side of John Wick. Audience feel the emotions and sorrows of the protagonist. The climax is really good. The art direction of the movie is superb. The action scenes are incredible.
Acting-
Keanu Reeves - oh my GOD! He was just toot good as John Wick. His facial expression and emotion had blown away the audience . Audience sympathies his actions and look up for his revenge. He is the soul of the movie . Other actors did well enough to support him throughout the movie.
It is a very entertaining movie. Everyone must have a look at this incredible movie .
