Life after fighting is a movie that based on martial arts, hand to hand combat and so on. It started with a formal word champion who retired in martial arts, gave his title to someone else because of injury, although the person got to know he can't beat him even though he won the title and Alex just gave up his title because he wanted to quit competing.
However Alex gave up and start his own life his own dojo, a place where he trains people, both young, children and adults, he also have a sectary who always attend to everyone and also have two daughters, her name is julie. Alex He was living peacefully and a normal life until he met with Samantha, she brought in Terry who happens to be her son to trained by Alex , Alex agreed to train him and then Samantha asked Alex if he can offer him a private coaching on martial arts, which Alex agreed to.
Victor, who happens to be Samantha ex husband came in to Alex dojo then saw Samantha sweating and challenged her why she was sweating, Samantha explained she was having a private coaching with Alex , Victor who has anger issues doesn't by the idea and immediately he thinks Samantha was having an affair with Alex.
After that, Victor has been trasing all their moves one after the other and got to know they had dinner together. Alex got to know Samantha has been divorced since three years ago but Alex won't let her be, he as been on her neck since they have divorced, she doesn't want to see her with another man and he always beat her sometimes and that's why he came to learn self defense.
Victor sent his men to go and look for trouble in Alex dojo, they went and got some students injured, Alex interfare and beat the hell out of them, even though Victor keep sending men upon men to go and meet him and fight, Alex was forced back to his fighting by fighting each and everyone Victor sent.
Victor realized he is no match for Alex so he sent some people to go to his dojo and kidnap some students, so eventually they kidnapped Julie two daughters, and for weeks they were finding them until Samantha got to know it was Victor got them kidnapped.
Alex went to rescue all the children that was kidnapped, in Alex house as he got to know he his also into human trafficking, but Victor that will not let go of the things easily he kidnapped his own son Jerry and used it to frustrate Samantha. Alex came in the picture and fought each and everyone of them alone. Although one of the girls died as a result of bleeding from the head.
Alex rescued Terry but at the end Victor shot Alex three good times and also shot his own wife. Although Alex used his last strength to fight and won the battle by killing Victor.
