Michael Manson, who happens to be a government worker, is in a group called Black Kites, which was led by Manafort. He was hiding on an island for years; he has disappeared for years because he is wanted, and he couldn't live a normal life, so he disappeared and lived on an island, where the only way of getting there is by sea. Things are being delivered to him by one sea man who also happens to be his friend in the operating system, and the daughter of his friend is called Jessie. Manson was living peacefully until one day. This was a day that changed Manson's life completely.
As usual, they came to deliver goods to Manson, but going back there, there were big storms on the sea, and unfortunately for his friend and the daughter, Jessie, drowned in the sea. The father died, but Manson was able to save Jessie. Since then they have been living together. He also got a dog who doesn't have a name until Jessie called him Jack.
Jessie's leg was infected, and to get her treated, he needs to go out to the city and get her medicine. On his way, there is a group of people who are taking selfies, and unfortunately for Manson, he got his face captured unknowingly for him. His face triggered the CIA system, as he has been a wanted criminal. An Alpha team was sent to hunt him and Jessie down, but only his dog was killed, although Manson got shot.
He then left the island and travelled to meet his friend, who is also a retired CIA agent. He met him and asked questions about why people are on him trying to kill him. His friend then explained to him that it's not possible, because he wanted to disappear back then. He changed Manson's identity to someone far away who happens to be an innocent person and nobody knows. But then someone somewhere got to know about it and changed his identity.
He then remembered Manafort, the operator of Black Kites. He remembered he was offended by him disobeying his order to kill an innocent person. That was why he swapped his identity to a high-value terrorist on the list watch, who happens to have a kill order standby on it. This happens just because Manson broke Manafort's laws by not killing an innocent man.
However, Manson got to know what is going on, but to keep Jessie safe, he needs to send her far away. He then asked a friend who happens to be trafficking humans from one place to another to transfer Jessie to another country and change her identity. Jessie, on the other hand, didn't want to leave Manson, but she doesn't have a choice.
He transferred Jessie to another country so she can face Manafort and end the game. Jessie got saved, and Manson, on the other hand, finished the game and always sent presents to Jessie in the country she is. In summary, if you like action movies, it's a good movie to see.
