The Kid Who Would Be King is a Fantasy/Action movie 2 hours movie which was quite recently released on the 22nd of March 2019 in Nigeria‧ The movie runs for 2 hours but I hardly noticed the passage of time being the die hard fantasy/adventure movie lover that I am. It was amazing how the producers re-enacted the story of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table using modern day middle schoolers in this very refreshing and absolutely delightful version. Despite the legend, the movie also shines a laser beam on bullying in schools and the need to empower children to team up and stand up against injustice. A perfect movie to watch with the entire family and fantastic choice for kids although it might scare younger girls just a little.

He soon unites his friends and enemies, and they become knights who join forces with the legendary wizard Merlin. Together, they must save mankind from the wicked enchantress Morgana and her army of supernatural warriors.
