I was deleting an action movie from my laptop and I saw this American Ninja one and I couldn't delete it so I started watching it over and over again. The movie is very interesting and entertaining. I really recommend the box of ideas behind the project.

American Ninja is a 1985 American martial arts action film produced by Menahem Golan and Yoram Globus' Cannon Films. Directed by Sam Firstenberg, who specialized in this genre in the 1980s, the film stars Michael Dudikoff in the lead role and is the first installment in the American Ninja franchise, followed by American Ninja 2: The Confrontation (1987). It had a mixed reception but was a financial success and has since been considered a cult film.
