Hola mi hermosa gente de Hive y de esta comunidad de Cine, como siempre es un placer estar con ustedes trayendo contenido de calidad y original a la plataforma, es por eso que el día de hoy me uno a la nueva iniciativa, en la cual nos mandan hablar sobre la película favorita referente al trabajo o algo que tenga relación con esa función, esta es mi participación para ustedes en esta semana.
El trabajo es aquella función que ejercemos en la vida cotidiana para poder subsistir como seres humanos, es un beneficio que obtenemos y el cual es recompensado, es por eso que hoy en día vemos muchas personas tener trabajos tanto físico, como virtuales ya que estos últimos llegaron para quedarse. En esta oportunidad les voy a hablar sobre la película Red Social la cual nos habla de aquellos trabajos que las personas obtienen mediante sus conocimientos e ingenio como lo fue Mark Zuckerberg.

Hello my beautiful people of Hive and this community of Cinema, as always it is a pleasure to be with you bringing quality and original content to the platform, that is why today I join the new initiative, in which we are sent to talk about the favorite movie about work or something related to that function, this is my participation for you this week.
Work is that function that we exercise in everyday life to survive as human beings, is a benefit that we get and which is rewarded, which is why today we see many people have jobs both physical and virtual as the latter are here to stay. This time I am going to talk about the movie Social Network which tells us about those jobs that people get through their knowledge and ingenuity as was Mark Zuckerberg.

Mark Zuckerberg era un estudiante que se encontraba un poco triste ya que había terminado con su novia, en un momento en él que se sentía en soledad fue cuando empezó a crear perfiles para esta red que había creado, aunque en la película se ve bastante confusión debido a las múltiples demandas que tuvo este personaje debido a la realización de Facebook, a pesar de haber sido una idea que en un principio surgió por otra persona, finalmente pudieron ganar la demanda y cada quien quedo con sus acuerdos finiquitados. Es el momento oportuno en él que llega Facebook a nuestras vidas, cuando esté había sido un trabajo en que él creador principal tuvo una maravillosa idea y pudo sacar a flote esta red social, es aquí cuando vemos que el trabajo de tener ingenio y los saberes están sobre todo, hoy en día es el joven más multimillonario existe en el mundo.
La película de Red social al verla en cine, recuerdo que no la entendí al comienzo ya que no estaba tan centrada en lo que era esto del Facebook, aunque ya tenía una cuenta creada en ese sitio web, aún así considero que esta película puede entrar en la pirámide de favoritos ya que es considerada una red social que se dio a conocer en todo el mundo y tuvo una trayectoria fabulosa, que hasta la fecha de hoy aún la tiene. Para relacionar el trabajo con esta película puedo decir que desde que se crea en la memoria del creador esta idea fantástica, empieza el trabajo por parte de todas las personas que se encuentran a su alrededor, ya que empiezan a involucrarse abogados de por medio, demandas y juicios, en eso también podemos involucrar otro tipo de trabajos que manejaba estas personas externas.
Mark Zuckerberg was a student who was a little sad because he had broken up with his girlfriend, at a time when he felt lonely was when he began to create profiles for this network he had created, although in the film is quite confusing due to the multiple lawsuits that this character had due to the realization of Facebook, despite having been an idea that initially came from another person, finally they could win the lawsuit and everyone was left with their agreements settled. It is the opportune moment in which Facebook arrives to our lives, when it had been a work in which the main creator had a wonderful idea and could bring up this social network, it is here when we see that the work of having ingenuity and knowledge are above all, today is the most multimillionaire young man in the world.
When I saw the movie Social Network in the cinema, I remember that I did not understand it at the beginning because I was not so focused on what was this Facebook, although I already had an account created on that website, even so I consider that this film can enter the pyramid of favorites as it is considered a social network that became known worldwide and had a fabulous career, which to this day still has. To relate the work with this movie I can say that since it is created in the memory of the creator this fantastic idea, begins the work by all the people who are around him, as they begin to involve lawyers in the middle, lawsuits and trials, in that we can also involve other types of work that handled these external people.

Al crearse esta red social, también tuvo cabida para dar trabajo a cientos de personas a nivel mundial ya que muchos estaban comprometidos con este gran proyecto, en Facebook existen personas con diferentes habilidades que ayudan a contribuir con el funcionamiento de la misma, y tener algo en orden con esta página, los cuales también son estudiados para seguir surgiendo ya que solamente de tener una red social activa y bastante armónica esto nos puede generar un crecimiento exponencial, y es cuando creadores y las personas que trabajan alrededor deben de seguir estudiando para seguir aprendiendo. Para mí esta película representa el trabajo favorito para toda persona ya que de solo crear una red social ya estamos ganando bastante con ella, solo debemos de ir mejorando diseños, algunas estrategias informáticas por así decirlo para el funcionamiento de la misma pueda seguir mejorando, en lo personal considero que este es uno de los mejores trabajos que puede llegar a tener el ser humano, porque solamente trabaja de la ganancia que genera esta página, o algo así debería de ser.
Con la llegada de Facebook, muchas personas implementaron otras medidas para salir adelante con esta página, es por eso que hoy en día vemos muchas personas también monetizar con esta página, aunque en lo personal no sé realmente a ciencia cierta cómo se mueve todo esto trabajo remoto desde Facebook, pero lo verdadero es que sí se puede generar dinero a través de ella. Con todo esto quiero decir que al salir una red social como esta, les genera trabajo a cientos de personas en esta empresa, también el arduo trabajo que lleva los creadores y todo el comité que se encuentra a su alrededor, cómo así también a cientos de personas alrededor del mundo, ya que muchas personas lo utilizan como un trabajo y no como la diversión.
Puedo considerar esta película con relación al trabajo ya que por medio de ella podemos obtener ganancias, en lo personal también puedo decir qué es casi igual a lo que hacemos aquí en Hive, un lugar que fue creado para generar contenido de calidad y ser monetizado, pero esto va mucho más allá del dinero, esto está más que todo en el trabajo fuerte que tenemos todos los creadores de contenido al subir algo bastante bueno a la plataforma. Los trabajos digitales llegaron para quedarse, hoy en día es bastante cómodo trabajar desde casa y como lo menciona el creador de esta página, nada mejor que innovar un lugar dando trabajos a otros, en este lugar también toma posesión la tecnología ya que cada vez está avanzando y los medios comunicación se hace más factibles para todos comunicarnos alrededor del mundo y gracias a esta red social hoy en día podemos disfrutar de una conexión más amplia con nuestros familiares que no se encuentran cercanos a nosotros, gracias a este gran trabajo y hermosa labor que hizo este creador podemos disfrutar de él desde cualquier parte del mundo.

For me this movie represents the favorite job for every person because just creating a social network and we are winning enough with it, we just have to keep improving designs, some computer strategies so to speak for the operation of the same can continue to improve, personally I think this is one of the best jobs you can get to have the human being, because only works from the profit generated by this page, or something like that should be.
With the arrival of Facebook, many people implemented other measures to get ahead with this page, that is why today we see many people also monetize with this page, although personally I do not really know for sure how all this remote work moves from Facebook, but the truth is that you can generate money through it. With all this I mean that when you leave a social network like this, it generates work for hundreds of people in this company, also the hard work that takes the creators and the entire committee that is around it, as well as hundreds of people around the world, as many people use it as a job and not as fun.
I can consider this movie in relation to work because through it we can earn money, personally I can also say that it is almost the same as what we do here at Hive, a place that was created to generate quality content and be monetized, but this goes far beyond money, this is mostly in the hard work that we have all content creators to upload something pretty good to the platform. Digital jobs are here to stay, today it is quite comfortable to work from home and as mentioned by the creator of this page, nothing better than innovating a place giving jobs to others, in this place also takes possession of the technology as it is advancing and the media is becoming more feasible for all communicate around the world and thanks to this social network today we can enjoy a broader connection with our relatives who are not close to us, thanks to this great work and beautiful work that made this creator can enjoy it from anywhere in the world.

Finalmente esta película nos da a entender que no necesariamente tenemos que tener jefes ruidosos que nos hagan daño a nuestro alrededor, que nos hagan pasar miles de horas detrás de un computador trabajando y analizando, que simplemente nosotros tenemos la capacidad de poder ser nuestros propios jefes desde la comodidad de nuestro hogar, también nos da a entender que los trabajos debemos de hacerlo con amor y pasión para que así nos pueda generar frutos valiosos. Realmente también nos da a entender que cuando nos encontramos en situaciones difíciles debemos siempre de afrontar con la mejor sonrisa y con argumentos bases, que tenga el potencial para salir adelante, si nos encontramos con jefes muy arrogantes, déspotas, es el momento ideal para cambiar esa incomodidad por la felicidad, en sí debemos de buscar nuestro propio bienestar y amoldarnos a trabajos que nos generen amor o simplemente llevar las cosas en paz con las personas superiores, este es mi pequeño detalle en cuanto al trabajo para la semana 37 de la comunidad de cine.
Gracias a todos los que me leen, los que participan en todo lo que hace la plataforma, aquellos que ayudan al fortalecimiento y crecimiento de la comunidad, gracias totales a quienes hacen vida en Hive, aquellos que recién llegan y a todos los que estamos aquí desde hace tiempo. Gracias a todos por su receptividad, por su amor y comprensión.
Finally this film gives us to understand that we do not necessarily have to have noisy bosses that hurt us around us, that make us spend thousands of hours behind a computer working and analyzing, that we simply have the ability to be our own bosses from the comfort of our home, it also gives us to understand that we must do our work with love and passion so that it can generate valuable fruits. It really also gives us to understand that when we find ourselves in difficult situations we must always face with the best smile and with arguments bases, which has the potential to move forward, if we find ourselves with very arrogant bosses, despots, is the ideal time to change that discomfort for happiness, we must seek our own welfare and mold ourselves to jobs that generate love or just take things in peace with the superiors, this is my small detail regarding the work for the 37th week of the film community.
