When the film starts, Alice is awaken from an earlier fall and as the film goes forward, she falls again for another time. This repeated loop of falling and being unconscious is where is being given another chance in learning. Someone powerful above her is saying "No, do it again!"
Alice is going through a lesson. She is in a school.

And after the argument Alice falls over again. Now we know what is the cause of the earlier fall. But this time we see that Alice got a clone standing beside her through the fall, dressing in white, the same as Lia.
This means Alice is getting better at the lesson and being accepted by that powerful someone! But the clone Alice with the white dress falls again because the next shot is Alice wakes up on bed dressed in that white dress. And her blood sample is on the bedside, means that she is being healed from her psychic powers.
On the closing credit scene, Alice tested her power again and this time she's successfully done it without even lifting an arm! She is the best at it! And it ends with she breaking the fourth wall looking at the audience and gave a cheeky smile.

She has passed the audition to be on the next film. Envy, jealousy and sabotage wont get you into the cast. Its hard work refining that power, which is to capture the attention of the audience.
Great sync of music (even with the other short films by D-Mulsion) and scenes akin to those Japanese school horror flicks and yet another example to show that you don't need much to do a great film. This is why Alice is a finalist in this year's BMW Shorties. Congrats D-Mulsion Production!

And who is that someone powerful that keep on punishing her? It is a film director, saying 'cut!'
Meta af!
