Children always fight for affection, sometimes they even put up some weird attitudes to get their parent's attention. There is nothing as refreshing for a kid as a parents' love and undivided attention. Which is why Tim felt threatened on the arrival of a baby brother.

Timothy Templeton is a 7 year old boy with an overactive mind who had a perfect life. As an only child, he had all the attention from his parents, 5 hugs, 3 bed time stories and a song during bedtime, until the arrival of a baby brother (dressed in baby suits and carries a briefcase) simply called the boss, who took all the attention and love away.

Soon, a sibling rivalry erupted into hatred and suspicions and within a short time, Tim discovered that his new brother had a mind of an adult, he is a Manager of a Baby company and he is on a mission to take down an evil corporation. In a bid to get rid of the baby and win his parents love back to himself, Tim decided to help The boss achieve his mission.

If I'm to describe the boss in one word, it will be beautiful, it's animation and sound effect is just gorgeous. I love the way Director Tom McGrath infused the way children see the world versus reality using Tim's mind, it made the movie spicy. This movie received so many attacks that it didn't deserve from the critics. The main point of having movies like this is to learn from them, and The Boss did not fall short of that, it was packed with lessons for both young and old, family and business.

It shows the value of family portraying beautiful performances from each character without lacking emotions. But the only problem I have with this animation is that the parents are not really involved, if the portrays the importance of family which of course parents are greatly part of, it should also be portrayed in the animation. But instead we see just a little performance from the adults. The Boss is thoroughly entertaining and full of lessons, every scene gets better and better. So if you are looking for a movie to watch in this season of love, you should watch this.
