I'm a movie freak, and if you know these two guys I'm going to be discussing about in this review then we are comrades(haha). These two guys have made some interesting collection of movies and they just added to their accolades with Project Power a 2020 sci-fi/thriller movie.
Jamie Foxx and Joseph Gordon Lewitt are not novice in Hollywood and they wowed in this movie about a former soldier(Jamie) who teams up with a cop(Lewitt) to find the source behind a dangerous pill that provides temporary superpowers. A girl black teenage girl(Dominique Fishback) trying to hustle for money to pay for her mom's surgery, she was a Type 1 Diabetic patients and her daughter had to sell drugs to make money as an High schooler, just to meet ends needs of herself and her sick mother.
She got caught up in the super power drug mess when her cousin tried to kill Jamie Foxx a former Major in the US military who's daughter was kidnapped cos she got healing super powers. Watch it, don't let me do all the spoilers. I’ll rate this movie a 7/10 for this scientific suspense and mouth watering actions. Give it a try, you will thank me later!
