Espero se encuentren bien, la reseña de esta vez será de uno de los universos de mi infancia el universo de Shrek, desde mi infancia soy fans de sus películas y hasta ahora no ha habido un dialogo que no me sepa de cada una, creo que la mayoría de personas hasta cierta edad saben quién es shrek y los personajes que lo acompañan como Burro, la princesa Fiona, y el gato con botas, que de este último es justo de quien haremos la reseña. El gato con botas también es uno de mis personajes favoritos y sus escenas en Shrek para mi eran memorables, aparte de su estilo y carisma, lo hacen un gran personaje, tanto así que salieron dos películas, una en el 2011 y la otra estrenada en el 2022, de la cual en este post hablaremos al respecto.

Nos encontramos con el mito héroe de aventuras del universo de Shrek El Gato con Botas, el cual es admirado, reconocido, odiado y apreciados por muchos, como el mismo lo dice “Para unos un héroe, para otros un ladrón, para todos una leyenda” de este último es lo que lo mantiene activo, ser la leyenda del gato con botas, donde disfruta de la admiración de sus fanáticos y el desprecio de sus enemigos, siempre teniendo su carismático humor y actitud. Lamentablemente para el gato en esta ocasión eso tuvo un giro, dado a que su poco cuidado en sus aventuras, lo llevaron a jugarse una de sus 9 vidas de gato y muere, pero al regresar cae en cuenta de que solo le queda una vida y debe de retirarse de sus aventuras para cuidarla, cosa que él no acepta y se dispone a lanzarse a una última aventura que es buscar una estrella que concede un deseo y con eso planea recuperar sus 9 vidas. Pero no todo estaría fácil para el gato, ya que otros villanos del mundo de los cuentos estarían en búsqueda del deseo también, y además el gato tendrá que lidiar con la persecución de nada más y nada menos que la misma Muerte en persona, que ha venido a llevarse su última vida en venganza de que el gato en todas sus vidas se burló y rio de la muerte creyéndose inmortal.

El gato con botas: El Gato a como yo lo entendí representa mucho de manera simbólica aquella etapas de la vida o circunstancias donde nos sentimos en la cúspide de nuestro éxito o mejor etapa de nuestra y por cualquier razón o evento aunado a nuestro propio ego, irresponsabilidad, miedos, o episodios de nuestra vida que no hemos podido cerrar, hacen que todo eso se vuelque y nos entra una cruda melancolía en proceso de duelo por aquello que perdemos y que solo el hecho de querer seguir luchando después de reflexionar y valorar los recursos que tienes, te ayuda a seguir adelante. Mi papa usaba mucho una metáfora con las horas 12 y 6 de un reloj, las 12 son aquel momento en alto donde se encuentran las personas y todos sabemos estar allí, hasta que toca bajar y estar en lo más hondo como las 6 que irremediablemente siempre llegamos y no todos sabemos estar, hasta esperar volver a subir, creo que encaja perfecto con nuestro protagonista peludo.

Definitivamente conecte mucho con esta película, no solo porque me recordó mucha a mi infancia con Shrek sino que es una obra de arte de dibujos animados. Tiene un desarrollo que a mi parecer capta tu atención al inicio y lo desarrolla hasta al final, le dan un buen final argumental a cada persona y antagonista y villanos. Y tiene reflexiones muy acertadas que tanto para niños como adultos lo podemos entender. De verdad yo me entere de la película porque vi que se hizo viral en las redes apenas estrenarse y evite todos los spoirlers posibles de la trama para poder disfrutar y valió merecida la pena.
I definitely connected a lot with this movie, not only because it reminded me a lot of my childhood with Shrek but it is a work of cartoon art. It has a development that in my opinion captures your attention at the beginning and develops it until the end, it gives a good plot ending to each person and antagonist and villains. And it has very accurate reflections that both children and adults can understand. I really found out about the movie because I saw that it went viral on the networks as soon as it was released and I avoided all possible spoirlers of the plot to enjoy it and it was worth it
