Terrible spaghetti story is about how replacing human parts with advanced prosthetics (texhnolisation) leads to loss of humanity and death. Fights between "flesh fundamentalists" resisting texhnolisation and other gangs of cyborgs with various degrees of texhnolisation. Everybody is at war with everybody and eventually everybody die...
