The film tells the story of the teenage boy - the skin mask - who escapes from a sanatorium with three of his fellow inmates there, and then kidnaps a young nurse and escorts them on a hellish journey. While watching them a lawless man along the way seeking revenge .. The film shows us the exposure of one of these teenagers from the tragedies and horrors destroy his mind and make him the monster that we call (skin mask).
