Mi semana ha empezado bien, aunque yo de รกnimos no lo estoy, es decir, me falta energรญa y ganas de hacer las cosas. Asรญ que allรญ voy. Un dรญa a la vez, viendo buenas series y pelรญculas en espera que desespera para ver el estreno de Kimetsu No Yaiba.
ย Andaba con ganas de ver algo bueno, y me decidรญ por recordar viejos tiempos, pero buenos con Gantz y ยฟquรฉ creen? Viendo el primer capรญtulo y los demรกs me di cuenta que nunca la habรญa visto desde que saliรณ y estaba segura de que sรญ lo habรญa hecho.
ย Pues no, la vi 21 aรฑos despuรฉs y me decepcionรณ demasiado. Si esperรฉ tanto por verla fue porque mis sospechas eran ciertas: Resultรณ ser nada mรกs y nada menos que una serie sin sentido cargada de Gore y mucho porno.

ย La verdad es que me desagradan mucho las historias de animรฉ donde todo carece de sentido y el autor ni se molesta en explicar un poco lo que estรก pasando, sino que te lleva de la mano a lo largo de 26 episodios que se hacen eternos con personajes bastante ridรญculos como villanos para que nadie sobreviva al final.
ย Si se supone que ellos murieron en el mundo real, pero en esta dimensiรณn con Gantz tienen la oportunidad de revivir a su antigua vida, para quรฉ los hacen pasar por todo si tรฉcnicamente y oficialmente ningรบn ganador estรก permitido, asรญ pase un aรฑo en ese juego.

ย Para mรญ Gantz como personaje, resultรณ ser un demonio que se jacta de hacer sufrir a las personas malas o que hicieron alguna vez algo malo en su vida y tuvieron una muerte abrupta, inesperada, repentina y horrible.
ย Recuerdo que cuando estuve adolescente medio vi algunas escenas a casi media noche y para mรญ fueron horrendas por lo explรญcita de las muertes que muestran en ellas. Ya esto no es Gore sino ser grotesco a propรณsito. Pero, aunque gran parte de la serie fue asรญ, no me molestรณ tanto como otros aspectos.

ย Lo que mรกs me estresaba era el tiempo que demoraban en tomar una decisiรณn y actuar. Todos y cada uno de los personajes (si supuestamente estos extraterrestres eran super rรกpidos), todo, por lรณgica debรญa ser rรกpido tambiรฉn ยฟcierto? tanto sus muertes como su momento para reaccionar ante tal situaciรณn.
ย Pero no, aquรญ en este aspecto, el autor quiso aplicar algo estilo Caballeros del Zodiaco donde las peleas se hacรญan eternas y los golpes nunca eran llevados a cabo en su totalidad sino despuรฉs de 5 episodios. La verdad me exasperรฉ varias veces entre el monรณlogo del protagonista y su manera tan lenta de reaccionar para finalmente morir horrible.

ย Al final mis sospechas resultaron ser ciertas, la serie no es mรกs que Gore Grotesco con un toque pornogrรกfico. El resto no tiene nada de sentido, ni la trama, ni los personajes, nada. Todo estรก vacรญo. Para mรญ resultรณ ser tan mala como Mirai Nikki pero por lo menos aquella serie si tenรญa algo de sentido con sus diarios y mรกs aรบn, tenรญa potencial.

Yep, just as you read. The Gantz series completely disappointed me. Greetings, my dear Otakus of #AnimeRealm, how are you today? My week has started well, although I'm not in the mood; I'm lacking energy and desire to get things done. So here I go. One day at a time, watching good series and movies on hold, desperately waiting to see the premiere of Kimetsu No Yaiba.
I was looking forward to watching something good, and I decided to remember old times, but good times with Gantz, and what do you think? Watching the first chapter and the others I realized that I had never seen it since it came out and I was sure I had.
Well, no, I watched it 21 years later and was too disappointed. If I waited so long to see it, it was because my suspicions were right: it turned out to be nothing more and nothing less than a nonsense series loaded with Gore and a lot of porn.

The truth is that I dislike anime stories where everything makes no sense and the author doesn't even bother to explain what's going on; he just takes you by the hand through 26 episodes that take forever with quite ridiculous characters as villains, so that no one survives at the end.
If they are supposed to have died in the real world, but in this dimension with Gantz, they have the chance to revive their old life, why make them go through everything if technically and officially no winner is allowed, even if a year goes by in that game?

For me, Gantz as a character, he turned out to be a demon who boasts of making bad people suffer or people who did something bad in their lives and died an abrupt, unexpected, sudden, and horrible death.
I remember when I was a teenager, I half saw some scenes at almost midnight,t and to me they were horrifying because of the explicitness of the deaths they show in them. This is no longer Gore but being purposely grotesque. But, even though much of the series was like that, it didn't bother me as much as other aspects.

What stressed me the most was the time they took to make a decision and act. Every one of the characters (if these aliens were supposed to be super fast), everything, by logic, should be fast too, right? both their deaths and their time to react to such a situation.
But no, here in this aspect, the author wanted to apply something like Knights of the Zodiac, where the fights took forever and the blows were never carried out in their entirety, but only after 5 episodes. The truth is that I got exasperated several times between the protagonist's monologue and his slow way of reacting to finally die horribly.

In the end, my suspicions turned out to be true; the series is nothing more than Grotesque Gore with a pornographic touch. The rest makes no sense at all, not the plot, not the characters, nothing. Everything is empty. For me, it turned out to be as bad as Mirai Nikki, but at least that series did make some sense with its dailies, and it had potential.
Gantz, unfortunately, didn't. It started badly, was pointless, and ended worse and pointless, literally speaking. For me, it goes to the trunk of oblivion. It is a series that I will never watch again in my life. Because of the great disappointment it generated in m,e and just because many consider it a classic, I will assign it:
