[Movie] Hancock-2008

Review by @patience37 🏆#170 🔥2 🎵5 🎬4 · 2h · of Hancock · 1 view

‎Hello everyone, here comes another superhero movie: Hancock. ‎Hancock was very powerful, but he was rude and very careless. He didn't really care about what people think or thought about him. He did his things carelessly. ‎

‎The movie started when Hancock helped people who were really in need, but the problem was that Hancock caused a lot of destruction while trying to help people. He broke houses and destroyed buildings and cars because he was very powerful and strong. This was a problem for him. People actually hated him because whenever he tried to save someone, he would destroy buildings, cars, roads, and many other things. The movie was actually fun, especially when he tried to help people, but at the same time, he was creating another problem for himself. ‎

‎There was a certain time when Hancock saved Ray. Ray actually realized and believed that Hancock could become a better hero if he changed his attitude and started taking responsibility for his actions because he had a very violent attitude toward the community. Hancock agreed to go to prison so people could realize how much they actually needed him in the world as a hero. ‎ ‎But the problem was that a lot of crimes and problems started while Hancock was in prison. When he came back, he tried to become a better hero and started gaining the respect of the people. ‎

‎The interesting part of the story is when Hancock discovered that there was more to his past. He learned that he was not the only person that had his powers. Mary Reese, Ray's wife, also had the same powers as he did. And there was a connection and relationship between the two of them. ‎

‎What really caught my attention in this movie is that Hancock and Mary were actually immortals, but they lose their powers whenever they are close to each other. That is, they become more human when they are close. When they are fighting, their powers begin to disappear because they are close. ‎

‎After Hancock was badly injured while Mary was near him, he realized that staying together made both of them vulnerable. Mary chose to stay with her husband, Ray, while Hancock left. ‎ ‎Hancock then moved far away from Mary, and his powers gradually returned. He became a better superhero and continued protecting people. ‎

‎For me I think it was a better decision that he made by moving far away. If not, he would be killed when they were close, and he would not be able to protect people. Although it was very painful because of the relationship he had with Mary, Ray's wife, in the past, I respect the decision Hancock made to continue to help people as a hero. ‎ ‎All images are downloaded from IMDb

I remember watching Hancock years ago and really enjoying it. The movie had a very different kind of superhero compared to most others.
