(Warning! Major spoilers for this episode of The Flash abound below!)

They did it. I can't believe they did it! I mean it was a possiblity, yes, and we always knew Devoe was coming after him, but after everything, it hurt like hell when The Thinker won yet again and took his body.

Who am I talking about? Ralph Dibny, of course!

This was one intense episode. Team Flash goes after Edwin Gauss, the last bus meta, who they find quickly using Well's thinking cap. Turns out the reason they couldn't find him all this while is due to the fact that he hasn't been in our dimension at all, but has been living in a pocket dimension, much like Devoe. At first it's all trippy -- Gauss is a hippie in every sense of the word. But when they go after him again and encounter Devoe's samuroid, saving him becomes paramount. And they quickly find out why -- Gauss can get them into Devoe's private pocket dimension.

Team Flash get to working out a plan to attack the lair at once. However, there are a few problems. First, Wells is acting extremely strange and is definitely addicted to his dark-matter powered thinking cap. Secondly, Ralph wants the team to kill Devoe once they get the chance, something Barry, of course, can never agree to. This leads to a serious disagreement, and while Barry, Cisco and Killer Frost are transported into Devoe's lair, Ralph is left behind.

Except the lair is empty. At the exact same moment they had opened up their breach, Devoe and Marlize had opened up another right in STAR Labs. Those there have no idea what has happened, until the pipeline is breached. Then they scramble. Iris faces off against Marlize, managing to send her back into her lair, Joe takes out Samuroid with the katana, and Wells runs for his gun... Only to pick up his cap and head for the time vault instead. There he tries to boost it up to 100%, but instead, the dark matter electrocutes his brain and he is left inconscious.

Barry and tbe others return and go after Devoe immediately. However, Ralph had beat them to it and even taken Devoe down with the sound-waves device Cisco had developed, opting at the last moment to boot him instead of killing him. When Barry and the rest arrives though, Devoe proves once again that he has calculated everything. With his super abilities, the boot doesn't work, and in front of them, he breaks out of it, incapacitating Barry with Null's abilities and taking away Killer Frost's, leaving only Caitlin. And then, he takes Ralph's body and using Gauss' ability, vanishes into his pocket dimension.

The team is utterly beaten. Goodbye, Ralph. Goodbye Killer Frost. Game over.

Now what next? Devoe has all his bus metas... Except The Nuclear Man, who is still in the Flash's keeping. Can they still stop him? And is there any hope pf getting Ralph back??
