This episode, The Flash introduces us to Ralph Dipny, a former colleague of Joe's and Barry's who was ousted from the CCPD for being 'dirty', and who was also affected by Barry's return from the Speed Force.

At first, Ralph doesn't realise he's been changed, and is reluctant to help with the investigations. However, when two thugs show up afterward and try to shake him up by hanging him off the roof of his building, his ability manifests and his legs stretch uncontrollably till he reaches the ground, forcing STAR Labs to cone to his aid. At last, after being set back to normal and proving to Barry that he's good and not dirty, Barry asks him to join the team.

Meanwhile, Cisco gets to meet and know Gypsy's father, and after many huntings, finally gets accepted.

The Flash returns on Tuesday with 'Girls Night Out' on the CW
