What Makes A Hero?

Barry begins Ralph's superhero training as they go up against a new bus-meta, and Harry and Cisco work overtime to discover the identity of the mysterious Devoe.

Ralph's training doesn't start well at all. While Barry tries to make him understand that being a hero really means looking after others and making sure harm doesn't come to them, no matter the cost, Ralph insists all he needs is to catch the bad guy. When the Black Bison shows up, a new bus-meta with the ability to control life-like statues and effigies, Barry and Ralph work together to take her down. However she gets away because Barry chooses to save the museum guard instead, infuriating Ralph who tells him he should have used his speed to save the guard and capture the Black Bison. They soon get another chance. This time, it's up to Ralph to either capture her or prevent a loose high-tension wire from electrocuting passers-by, and true to his beliefs, he captures the metahuman instead, only later discovering that a little girl he could have saved has been crushed.

Filled with guilt, he finally understands what Barry had been telling him from the start, and confesses that so many years of living on his darker side and caring about no one but himself had made him forget how to look out for others. Barry consoles him, and they go after the Black Bison again, who has broken out of her cell from the precinct and had headed back to the museum. This time, he makes the right choice and uses his abilities to incapacitate the T-Rex statue while Barry captures her again. Then, in a bid to teach himself to care, he goes to visit the girl at the hospital, and sends the stolen artifacts back to their origin, which was what the Black Bison had been trying to do anyway.

Meanwhile, Cisco and Harry keep working on the identity of Devoe. Harry calls on his 'friends' for help, who turn out to be merely other versins of himself from other Earths. Although they have a rocky start, the Council of Wells (as aptly named by Cisco) are able to come to a conclusion as to which of the Devoes in Central City their villain could be. The entire team gears up and heads to the location, even with Caitlin/Killer Frost on standby.When they arrive though, they meet a normal looking couple in a normal looking house and are immediately thrown off balance.

Will Team Flash realise their 'normal-looking' couple are really their villains The Thinker and The Mechanic? Guess we'll have to wait till next week to find out! What do you think? Let's know in the comments!
