Normally the old original Disney animated movies, from the 90's era, were an important part of the programming I observed in my childhood. Recently, I could see a movie based on the same one I saw a couple of decades ago (oh, it reads like a long time ago)...

Aladdin has a story that anyone will have heard at some point and that is that it is so well known. Aladdin is a mischievous and dreamy young man, surviving his low resources and his faithful friend Abu (a very intelligent monkey). Instead Jasmine, had a life contrary to that of Aladdin, was a princess, with all possible tastes in the palace where she lived and almost totally enclosed. One day, she escapes to observe the world out there from her walls, getting into a problem and being rescued by Aladdin; just where different lives cross paths. Far from this encounter, the great Vizier wishes to overthrow the King and father of Jasmine, and at the same time wishes to obtain a magic lamp that fulfills the wishes of its owner. But, the lamp chooses who will be its owner, so the great Vizier of nothing noble feelings, sends Aladdin to the Cave of a Thousand Wonders to take possession of the lamp, but does not. Also in that course, he gets a bracelet that belonged to Jasmine's mother, in view of it he took it to return it to her, at such times he is captured and deprived of freedom. The vizier, of evil thoughts convinces Aladdin to get the lamp and will be free, but to Aladdin to get the lamp is viciously betrayed by the vizier and imprisoned again.

Aladdin is a lucky boy, Abu the pet manages to recover the lamp and thus manages to take the genie out of the lamp, as a gift he gives 3 wishes. His first wish is to become a prince, but even so, this does not impress Jasmine due to the custom of having suitors of that kind. Then, he goes to look for her in the palace and invites her to walk on a magic carpet. The vizier realizes the true identity of Aladdin and ends up throwing him into the sea, so that he disappears. However, the genius rescues him covering the second wish. But the vizier manages to steal the lamp, also having 3 wishes, thus becoming a sultan, sorcerer and only one desire was missing, where Aladdin deceives him and makes the Vizier in his great greed want to be the most powerful genius in the world. But, do not keep in mind that the lamp geniuses are only saved or imprisoned, waiting for someone to summon them and return to confinement. Ending the vizier, Aladdin uses the third desire available to free his genius and make him human and thus free him. On the other hand, Jasmine ends up in love with Aladdin, inheriting both the kingdom.

This is nothing more than a retelling of Disney's original animated story, presented in the year | 1992 |. Really now the presentation with real characters, lush scenes, and audiovisual effects is much better than that based on only cartoons. Will Smith is undoubtedly a plus to the film, in addition to those lush scenes, mark a remarkable high elaboration margin; example: A scene where Aladdín officially presents Jasmin and makes a show with dancers and beautiful exotic animals; high care of detail and organization is seen. It's a good movie, but I still prefer the original version; The airs of my childhood are heavier.
