A bit of history:
Dereck is happily married to Sharon, they seem to have the perfect life: He is a successful man in business and works in an important company, they have a nice son named Kyle and they just moved to a dream house. But, only one of its direct employees requests a permit due to some personal situation and then a temporary employee substitutes for the position.
The new employee is called Lisa, she is a young, blond girl with good attributes. Immediately upon arriving at the office where Dereck works; they both cross and she is impressed by Dereck. However, Dereck did not share exactly the same feeling and eventually rejects Lisa. But, Lisa is one of those obsessive people who do not accept a no, she simply wants to have it for good or for bad, and this is where she begins a negative obsessive behavior, which ends up bringing problems to Dereck in his marriage and also zapping him a screw in Lisa's head. Sharon seeing all this, is not willing to lose their marriage for an unstable person and fights with Lisa, reaching the blows.
Important Scenes from the Movie:
At a Christmas party, Lisa takes the opportunity to offer Dereck and at the same time lie in his arms; while he reacts in the opposite way and rejects it directly.
Lisa's encounter with Sharon, where the latter does her best to make Sharon believe that she has an extramarital relationship with Dereck. This fact bothers Sharon a lot and raises many doubts.
Dereck and Sharon settle in their new house, starting the reception with a loving moment.
Problems. Lisa overreacts and wants to be from Dereck, but Sharon doesn't allow it. So Lisa goes to Sharon and Dereck's house, where she tries to physically attack Sharon. However, Sharon also responds by hitting him and ends with Lisa's life, of course in self-defense.
My opinion:
It is a film that demonstrates a possible case of real life, many people become obsessed and the events end in tragic events. The suspense of the whole movie, as well as the recreation of the characters in the story, are great. Beyoncé's curves and annexed the determination and passion with which Lisa's extreme reaction response carries, are definitely the center of the film. The dialogues, plot and scenes are faithfully sequential.
