Tocaba ver un western después de cierto tiempo que no veía uno; a su vez, planeo ver algunos de los más reconocidos, o que mejor se posicionan en tops. En esta ocasión vemos la historia de un pueblo que deberá pagar su pasado. El título fue estrenado en 1973, teniendo como director y protagonista a Clint Eastwood.

Es una historia que desde el arranque te muestra unos personajes que ocultan más de lo que dicen, y que tras el altercado inicial, se irá revelando el pasado del pequeño pueblo y por qué unos forajidos buscan la venganza contra el mismo. La historia como todo western tiene su dosis de pistolazos y muertos. A su vez, tiene bastante toque cómico, especialmente con algunos personajes.

Si bien la historia y el desarrollo no están mal, mostrándonos las personalidades e intenciones de diversos personajes, creo que faltó cubrir un poco los motivos del protagonista. Por otro lado, los planes que se usarán para vencer a los forajidos, incluyen resultados interesantes de ver, como cuando se pinta el pueblo.
While the story and development are not bad, showing us the personalities and intentions of various characters, I think it lacked a little coverage of the protagonist's motives. On the other hand, the plans that will be used to defeat the outlaws, include interesting results to see, such as when the town is painted.
La actuación comenzando con Clint Eastwood es excelente, la caracterización de los personajes te trasladan al escenario que se muestra. Me gustó el trabajo de Billy Curtis como Mordecai, le da un tono jovial al título.

La producción me parece excelente, el trabajo creando el pueblo de Lago resalta, incluso en el tramo final, cuando es pintado. La música western tampoco falta, mejorando la tensión en las escenas.

En general, es una película rápida y entretenida de ver, donde vemos como un pueblo tendrá que pagar el pecado de su pasado.
