Sinopsis: Es 1945. Henry es un niño que debido a una desafortunada coincidencia, es testigo de un ataque aéreo a un carro, quedando en shock e incapaz de hablar. Como terapia su madre lo muda a Copenhague con su tía. A su vez, por esos días la fuerza aérea británica, planea realizar una operación de bombardeo a un edificio de la Gestapo, que traerá consecuencias trágicas.
Synopsis: It is 1945. Henry is a boy who, due to an unfortunate coincidence, witnesses an air raid on a car and is left in shock and unable to speak. As therapy his mother moves him to Copenhagen with his aunt. El comienzo, tengo que mencionarlo, es un poco confuso, pero recomiendo enfocarse en Henry, ya que hasta cierto punto es el personaje principal. Luego de los primero minutos, ya comencé a entender la trama y ver como se nos muestra las diversas historias de una ciudad, que siente el peso de la guerra. Principalmente el de los niños (Henry, Rigmor y Eva) y el de una monja llamada Teresa.
The beginning, I have to mention, is a bit confusing, but I recommend focusing on Henry, since he is the main character to a certain extent. After the first few minutes, I began to understand the plot and see how we are shown the various stories of a city that feels the weight of war. Mainly that of the children (Henry, Rigmor and Eva) and that of a nun named Teresa.
Luego de una primera mitad o ¾ partes, se llega al evento trágico, y la cinta toma mucha fuerza, logra transmitir con firmeza, las diversas emociones y pensamientos que suceden en un evento de tal magnitud. En general hay mucho juego de contrastes, en especial con los niños que muestran una visión más inocente y mágica de los sucesos que ocurren.

La fotografía es de los apartados más resaltantes de esta obra. Muchas tomas se me quedaran grabadas. La música es otro buen apartado, que incluso nos estremece con el final. La actuación de los niños es para recalcar, logran mantener alto el listón.
The photography is one of the most outstanding aspects of this work. Many shots will stay with me. The music is another good section, which even thrills us with the ending. The acting of the children is to be highlighted, they manage to keep the bar high.
Acabada la película, solo puedo decir que me pareció excelente, una gran obra. Y que recomiendo a todo aquel guste conocer este lado más dramático de la guerra.
