Cruel Intentions es un film con maldad de las mas reales, de esa que todos podemos ejecutar y es la manipulación, usar a las personas para lograr un fin que en este caso tiende a lo destructivo porque busca dañar, entre ellos seres ingenuos que están solo explorando su adolescencia con juegos sexuales.
Me gustan las historias en ingles, ver sus nombres originales, doblajes pero en esta película hago una excepción estrictamente sobre el título porque el nombre Cruel Intentions transmite poder pero el nombre para Hispanoamérica del film que es Juegos Sexuales la coloca en un pedestal en mi opinión porque es mucho mas acertada a la trama que nos cuentan y la podemos asociar aun mas con la realidad porque si algo domina al ser humano es el Sexo.
Tiene dos protagonistas que ejercen la manipulación cruel sobre el resto de personajes usando el sexo como carnada, ellos son Sebastian Valmont interpretado por Ryan Phillipe y Kathryn Merteuil actuada por Sarah Michelle Gellar.

En cambio Kathryn si es maldad pura, es la manipulación dañina en su estado perfecto, busca destruir en todo aspecto a su víctima y Gellar lo refleja perfectamente, la mirada, el como habla, es de la clase alta, es ejemplar o al menos eso quiere aparentar logrando manipular una cantidad masiva de personas en este aspecto, tiene las mismas cualidades positivas que nombre en Sebastian, solo que ella no es una niña, es toda una mujer y una muy cruel.
Si hay un pilar que sostiene toda la historia de este film es ella, Sebastian cuando veo el film y su actuar es solo un niño pero Kathryn es la que lleva el film a otro nivel y la que hace encajar el título del film con la historia porque es una maestra titiritera.

Reesse Whiterspoon como Annette Hargrove y Selma Blair como Cecille Cadwell adornan como víctimas ingenuas perfectas el film pero aun mas me agrado Cecille, ella es la que ayuda a Kathryn para dejar este film inolvidable porque la química entre ambas actrices como víctima y victimario llega, yo la percibo, se ve en las imágenes el poder interpretativo de estas dos actrices en estos personajes y es cuando pienso y nace en mi la sensación de lástima por Cecille, ella solo es ingenua y cae en estos juegos sexuales destructivos.
Cruel Intentions es un film al cual le doy 7.5 chiquitos de 10 porque usa una trama básica como es el sexo, la adolescencia y el explorar esto es de lo mas normal pero llevado a una situación asquerosa en la que los mas ingenuos pierden y así sucede, muchos jóvenes caen en estas manipulaciones y la carnada perfecta es el sexo, somos débiles ante esto y nos entregamos sin pensar las consecuencias y Kathryn lo sabe, ella es la que mejor juega este juego.

Como no gustarme este beso entre este par de mujeres que reflejan los extremos, una es la experiencia y la otra es la ingenuidad, ambas me atraen pero me quedo con la ingenuidad, eso me gusta mas y ver como la maltratan me parece injusto pero me gusto ver como Katrhyn jugaba con ella.
Ese beso entre la Ingenua Cecille y La Maestra Titiritera Kathryn lo vi hace muchos años y la escena tiene todo el poder sexual transmitido solo con un beso el cual se queda en nuestras mentes con ese hilo de saliva que une a ambas personajes, es lujurioso, es adolescencia, es sexo, es ingenuidad, es aprender a besar pero lo mas increíble de esta escena que transmite tanto es que en realidad Kathryn solo la beso por besarla.
El final me gusta, salgo contento porque la villana pierde, su reputación que es lo que mas valoraba se ve manchada porque todos conocen el diario de Sebastian pero el modo en que sucede me parece muy forzado.
Esa muerte de Sebastian porque se pelea en la calle es muy exagerado y pienso que la victoria es total de Kathryn, lo único que si da soporte al daño en su reputación es lo del crucifijo, en ese aspecto si el guion me gana porque esta muy bien ese detalle pero la muerte del muchacho, eso es drama junto con un Te Amo que es reciproco y contestado por Annette, ya esa parte es una novela innecesariamente.
