Hello my dear cinephile Hivernauts! 🍿🎥🎬

I wonder how many of you wouldn't like to be a boss from one day to the next, that your dreams and desires to run a company or business come true in the most unexpected moment of your life, because such is the case of Maya, who only has a street experience, life experience, that before that position does not have any degree or professional knowledge but with a work experience and street that will make more than a professional tremble. We call them those who are passionate about their work, those who learn more on the street than in a university institute.

Boss by accident, is a romantic comedy movie, starring Jennifer Lopez who plays the aforementioned Maya, besides her there are also other actors like Leah Remini, Annaleigh Ashford, Vanessa Hudgens, Treat Williams, Dan Bucatinsky, Freddie Stroma and many more. This movie was released on December 21, 2018 in the United States and directed by Peter Segal.

Me pregunto a cuántos de ustedes no les gustaría ser Jefe o Jefa de un día a otro, que tus sueños y deseos por dirigir todo una empresa o comércio se haga realidad en el momento más inesperado de tu vida, pues tal es el caso de Maya, quien solo cuenta con una experiencia de calle, de vida, que ante ese puesto no cuenta con ningún título ni conocimiento profesional pero sí con una experiencia laboral y de calle que hará temblar a mas de un profesional. A ellos los llamamos los apasionados por el trabajo, los que aprenden más en la calle que en un instituto universitario.

Jefa por accidente, es una película de comedia romántica, protagonizada por Jennifer Lopez quien interpretada a la ya mencionada Maya, además de ella también están otros actores como Leah Remini, Annaleigh Ashford, Vanessa Hudgens, Treat Williams, Dan Bucatinsky, Freddie Stroma y muchos más. Esta película se estrenó el 21 de diciembre de 2018 en los Estados Unidos y dirigida por Peter Segal.

With a running time of 103 minutes, this melodrama makes us live a pleasant and entertaining experience, and besides that, it will make you sigh with laughter and a good mood. These emotions are what you will experience when watching this fun film, who can not deny the good film role of JLo, who once again confirms what a great actress she is, besides a good voice she gives us a good performance and it is not that she is one of my favorites but I admire her work and professionalism, that everything she does she does with passion and with all her effort, this we can notice through the movies where she shows us the best of her acting knowledge.

If you have friends and you are thinking of getting together with them but at home and have a good time together and do not know what movie to watch, I recommend this fun and daring movie, plus it shows us that no matter how old you are or the academic level you have achieved when you have a good attitude, guts and a life experience that has helped you grow and be who you are, this is more than a female empowerment, it is about showing us self-esteem, self-confidence and courage that we carry inside with fear.

Con una duración de 103 minutos este melodrama nos hace vivir una experiencia agradable, entretenida y además de eso, te hará suspirar entre risas y un buen ánimo. Estas emociones son las que experimentarás al ver este divertido filme, quien no se puede negar el buen papel cinematográfico de JLo, quien una vez más nos confirma lo gran actriz que es, además de una buena voz ella nos ofrece una buena actuación y no es que sea una de mis favoritas pero admiro su trabajo y profesionalismo, que todo lo que hace lo hace con pasión y con todo su empeño, esto lo podemos notar a través de las películas donde ella nos muestra lo mejor de su conocimiento actoral.

Si tienes amigas y estás pensando en reunirte con ellas pero en casa y pasar un buen rato juntas y no saben qué película ver, pues les recomiendo esta divertida y atrevida película, además que nos demuestra que no importa la edad que tengas ni el nivel académico que hayas alcanzado cuando tienes una buena actitud, agallas y una experiencia de vida que te ha ayudado a crecer y ser quien eres, esto se trata más que un empoderamiento femenino, se trata de demostrarnos el amor propio, la confianza en sí mismas y el valor que con miedo llevamos por dentro.

The whole plot begins when the son of Maya Vargas' best friend creates a fake resume for her, because after years of working for a supermarket the manager of that place does not take her into account for her academic level, this motivated the young man to create an appetizing resume in the workplace which managed to enter several job offers. Maya Vargas is a New Yorker of almost 40 years old, at that age and without a college degree it is impossible to be taken into account, but thanks to the son of her best friend and professional cheerleader Joan who is played by actress Leah Remini, Maya manages to fulfill her dreams showing New York what a 40 year old woman is capable of achieving and providing.

Thanks to her knowledge from her previous job, where she got the instinct to know what customers want, she manages to meet the expectations of the new cosmetics company and successful firm Franklin & Clarke, who personally hire her. It is when Maya and her entire team of outsiders manage to meet all the challenges and projects that come their way in their new job, despite Maya feeling bad about her fake resume, she also feels proud of everything she has accomplished.

Toda la trama inicia cuando el hijo de la mejor amiga de Maya Vargas, le crea un currículum falso, ya que tras años de trabajar para un supermercado el gerente de dicho lugar no la toma en cuenta por su nivel académico, esto motivó al jóven a crearle un apetitoso currículum en el ámbito laboral el cual logró ingresar a varias ofertas de trabajo. Maya Vargas es una neoyorquina de casi 40 años, a esa edad y sin un título universitario se le hace imposible ser tomada en cuenta, pero gracias al hijo de su mejor amiga y porrista profesional Joan quien es interpretado por la actriz Leah Remini, Maya logra cumplir sus sueños demostrándole a New York de lo que una mujer de 40 años es capaz de lograr y brindar.

Gracias a sus conocimientos en su trabajo anterior, donde obtuvo el instinto de saber lo que los clientes desean, es que logra cumplir las espectativas de la nueva empresa de cosméticos y exitosa firma Franklin & Clarke, quienes personalmente la contratan. Es cuando Maya y todo su equipo de marginales logran cumplir todos los retos y proyectos que se les vienen en su nuevo empleo, a pesar de Maya sentirse mal por su falso currículum se siente también orgullosa por todo lo logrado.
