El Camino Review - Breaking Bad Come Back

Review by @reviewzzz · 2491d · of El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie · 1 view

Warning: This article has a burning end to the series Breaking Bad, but there is no burning of any event of the film El camino *

The series ended in 2013 with the sixteenth episode of the fifth and final season, and was titled Felina. And left the door open to many questions about the fate of some of the characters in the series. Yes, the life and end of Sol Goodman has come to light in a side series that talks about him alone, Walter kind of can predict his fate, Skyler and most other central character. But Jesse Pinkman was the character who ended up really open, and we don't know her final fate.

So today we will talk about El Camino, which tells the story of Jesse's struggle after he got his freedom, will he be able to escape successfully? Or will the police catch him?

The story

To learn the story of El camino .. Let us remember the end of the series.

Finally, Jesse escaped from Uncle Jack's gang and Todd, who was treating him the worst, just to keep cooking meth for them. With the help of (Walter) who came to liberate him, by entering them with confidence, and with him abroad machine gun with a remote control in his hand, thus eliminating the lives of everyone, and get out of the rescue process injured. Lying on the ground next to the tanks of the meth plant there, Jesse, on the other hand, escapes in an ElCamino, going into the unknown.

The film is completed from that point, and Jesse drives the car out of that area that has planted in his mind nightmares until the end of life. Can he escape safely? Will the police catch him? Or are there unexpected things that Venice Gulligan hides as usual? That's what you'll know when you watch the movie.

Characters

The characters here are not new, we rotate in the same orbit of the characters of the series. But when you watch you will find new characters already. Hey, isn't your word contradictory, this? Yes, but listen to me.

For me, if the character came with events that are completely different from the former, it is new. But if it comes from other personalities that already exist, they are not new, because they belong to the former public orphanage.

So you will find outwardly new characters, old internally. Because they belong to other previous characters presented in the series, and in the film El camino only came to support the story under the same banner of the events of the series, so its impact is not pivotal, and we will deal with our characters with the usual 99% of the film. Whether those characters appeared in the present, or in a flashback.

the acting

The hero is Iron Ball, of course, in the role of Jesse Pinkman. What is different is that Paul was able to materialize the phase of wisdom to a great extent. Initially he introduced Jesse as a boy who had nothing at all, little street experience, and a weak personality. But as he went through all these events, and seeing Walt take the decisive criminal decisions, this made him stiffer and stiffer than ever before. It must balance and sober frighteningly. As for the representation of the rest of the characters, it is customary, of course, as we used to, the representation of tight and unambiguous.

Music

You won't find music here, unlike the series. Here the staff tried to focus on the scenes and the events progressed more than the music they might have thought was distracting to the viewer. In the series, the music comes in silent scenes, but in El camino most scenes have dialogue, so the music will be really scattered. But this does not prevent the existence of music, which is not noticeable amid all the tension and attraction found in the film.

personal opinion

El camino is not excellent, not bad. If you look at him with the perspective of Nostalgia and return after many years of interruption, you will find him wonderful and give him the full mark, just because he has brought back the feeling of the series. But if you look at it with a critique perspective (as an ordinary viewer, not art critics), you will find that it has falls that reduced the enjoyment of viewing.

Film Rating: 7/10
