Hello My Friends

It is my First post after joining #GEMS Community I liked This community because good content is respected and rewarded.

Thanks @appreciator, @rocky1, @upmewhale @bluemist for your great effort.

Many films carry what distinguishes them, so we find those that are distinguished by directing, those that are rich in plot, and those that are considered a living legend in visual effects.

Today’s movie has collected many factors for the success of films, and its summit is undisputedly amazing.

We will talk today about the movie “Secret Window”, which is based on the original story of the famous psychological horror writer Stephen King, and directed by David Koepp, who was nominated for nine directorial awards and won three of them. And it is represented by the starring actor, who goes without definition Johnny Depp. Now let's look at the folds of this new visitor together. the story.

The story is a movie, Secret window

And since the author of the story is a writer, coincidentally, this time around the plot is that she talks about a writer as well. With another man, the hero rushes to a distant house looking for tranquility to write his new book, and in this case of misery comes a strange, black and mysterious black man named John Shooter, who claims that the hero stole his story called the secret window, and he must return it His right is public, and within three days, he will be harmed and abused For everyone who knows him!

The hero then begins to search for a magazine in which his story was published before that man published his own, but fate stands against him every time, and the other continues to evade his evil, so who is that man? Why blackmail a peaceful writer like Mort Rainy? This is a mystery that you will unveil yourself with the events.

An impression of the story

Well, this story is really distinguished in many ways, and to delve into these aspects we have to burn large portions of the movie. So, be careful.

First the story began in a cloudy atmosphere, which sparked my curiosity as a viewer about who the hero himself argues about doing from scratch, then the idea quickly releases to begin real events with the movie, and from here the role of John Shotter pivotal begins to appear, and here the writer intends to leave hidden signs between the events indicating That this stranger's being is visible to no one but the hero himself, which will prove that Shotr is a fictional character who weaves the hero to fall on unless he can actually do it. Now we are talking about bi-polarity or bipolar polarity, and this is what is most evident in the end scene, which we will talk about in the foot of this review.

The other things that caught my attention in the plot is that the writer made the hero’s character absurd and indifferent to anything, but that quality began to be gradually removed from it when things escalated and touched those close to him, even if these - the relatives - were the reason for creating all of this from the beginning. I really like this point.

Characters

The characters are very limited by the dramatic plot, but it can be said that the two best characters (and if I may consider one of them a real character in the first place), they are Mort Rainy and John Shotter. Mort spun Stephen King weaved his character in particular attracted me, as I am a writer who loves the absurd characters of absolute principles and indifference, and on the other hand it attracted my attention to John Shotter's character because it is mysterious, and its appearance in events is not much. Through events, to demonstrate that when Shotter takes over the situation, it is completely isolated from the main character of Ryanne, and what I really like is the derivation of the word "Shotter" from the shooting action Shoot, which corresponds to the great end of the film that we will address in a little while.

Acting

Here we are in front of the usual performance of Johnny Depp, to be appropriate to the role with a slight smear of his distinctive personality appearing on the scene. Within the film's temporal context, as for the rest of the cast, the performers can be said to have average performances, giving space for the character's character to impose her presence on the screen firmly.

Directing

Here we really have a pause. The scenes mostly were in closed places, which gave the director a tight control over the imaging angles, but in the scene where the car landed from the shelf to the bottom, and the angle of the camera was perpendicular to the floor a great distance, this was an open scene, and it was not bad at all in my view, As for the genius of the directing itself, it is evident in the director’s use of the home mirror in the conclusion scene, and this is what we will talk about in a little while.

personal opinion

Another beautiful movie by Johnny Depp, and another live version of the works of the most famous psychological horror writer, Stephen King. A generally blended experience that was well worth the time, and was a great treat for me. I highly recommend it.
