I had the idea of making this post for a long time and being completely honest with you, the only reason I hadn't done it already, was because I felt a little intimidated to expose my thoughts on this topic to the public... Despite Although I feel that my opinions coincide with those of a good portion of the fans of Spiderman and Marvel Comics, I know that there will be a couple of very specific points that will not sit well with everyone.
In short, as I always say every time I make a publication of this type, the ideal is not only to expose my thoughts but also to have the opportunity to compare them with those of others and the debates, although they can often become uncomfortable, are a great exercise to connect with points of view other than ours.
I've always had a very close relationship with Spider-Man, I grew up on the 90s animated series, the original Sam Raimi film was one of the first movies I saw in a movie theater, and the Playstation One video game was one of my favorites. first points of contact with the whole medium, for this very reason, although my knowledge of some very specific aspects of the character can be considered "good" I must also admit that nostalgia can cloud my judgment in favor of more "classic" adaptations as opposed to of the most recent, however, it is fun to try to justify this bias.
Without further ado we are going to try to rank all the Spider-Man movies, or at least those that have had a theatrical release with the arachnid as the protagonist (That is, we will exclude LEGO or MCU films where he is not the central focus of the film).
9. Spider-Man Far From Home (2019)
Unfortunately Far From Home is (in my opinion) the worst Spiderman movie that exists, saved only by a cliffhanger with a lot of potential (And one of the few occasions where the MCU was forced to follow it) and an interesting villain, we find ourselves before a bland experience that takes Peter out of his comfort zone but is unable to take advantage of the narrative potential that this entails. 6. Spider-Man No Way Home (2021)
The pinnacle of fan service, No Way Home earned a place in the hearts of all of us by bringing back the two previous live-action iterations of Peter Parker: Andrew Garfield and My Beloved Tobey Maguire, however, although the use of these traditional elements (Heroes and villains) is used very well, it is a film that spends a very large portion of its footage on various annoying MCU tropes.
Logically it serves as a tribute to the entire film career of the character created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, and its integration into the MCu is much more organic than expected, but beyond its good use of the classic Spidey and their respective villains, as well as an opportunity for Tom Holland to display his dramatic range, No Way Home is a an experience that offers little, highlights the broken development issues that already existed in Far From Home, and only excites us for the potential its poignant finale holds.
5. Spider-Man 3 (2017)
Along with The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (and far from home, in certain cases), Spider-Man 3 is often considered one of the worst movies the character has received, something quite painful considering how appreciated the two previous forays of Spider-Man were. Sam Raimi with the character.

3. Spider-Man 2 (2004)

Alfred Molina was a terrific villain, the visual effects have aged very well, and Raimi perfectly blended comedy with the tragedy of being Peter Parker.
2. Spider-man (2002)
Although I objectively admit that its sequel was superior, Spider-Man represented since its premiere at the beginning of this new millennium the quality standard for any origin story of the character that tries to create, visually beautiful and timeless, it is difficult to conceive of a Spidey adventure more solid than it is.

1. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse (2018)
Directed by Peter Ramsey, Robert Persichetti Jr and Rodney Rothman, the 2018 animated film shattered all of our expectations, Miles Morales' first trip to the big screen was thrilling and moving, opening our eyes to a universe of new possibilities that we never even had before. we could imagine.
Visually beautiful, riddled with a perfect rap and hip hop-influenced soundtrack, while many fans may prefer one version of Spidey over others, no one can deny that this is one of the best movies ever made using the character.

Desde hace tiempo tenía la idea de realizar este post y siendo totalmente honesto con ustedes, la única razón por la que no lo había hecho ya, era porque me sentía un poco intimidado de exponer los pensamientos de este tema al público... A pesar de que siento que mis opiniones coinciden con las de una buena porción de los fans de Spiderman y Marvel Comics, sé que habrán un par de puntos muy concretos que no calarán bien con todo el mundo.
En fin, como siempre digo cada vez que realizo una publicación de este tipo, lo ideal no es solo exponer mis pensamientos sino tener también la oportunidad de compararlos con los de los demás y los debates, aunque muchas veces pueden caer en lo incómodo, son un ejercicio estupendo para conectar con puntos de vistas distintos al nuestro.
Siempre he tenido una relación muy estrecha con Spider-Man, crecí con la serie animada de los 90s, las cinta original de Sam Raimi fue una de las primeras películas que ví en una sala de cine y el videojuego de Playstation One representó uno de mis primeros puntos de contacto con todo el medio, por esta misma razón, aunque mi conocimiento de algunos aspectos muy concretos del personaje puede considerarse "bueno" también debo admitir que la nostalgia puede nublar mi juicio a favor de las adaptaciones más "clásicas" en contraposición de las más recientes, no obstante, es divertido tratar de justificar está parcialidad.
Sin más preámbulos vamos a tratar de rankear todas las películas de Spider-Man, o al menos ellas que han tenido un lanzamiento teatral con el arácnido cómo protagonista (Es decir, excluiremos filmes de LEGO o el MCU en dónde el no es el foco central del filme).
9. Spider-Man Far From Home (2019)

Spidey debe volver a aprender las lecciones que ya había aprendido en Homecoming y a pesar de lo grata que resulta la presencia de Tom Holland en el personaje no existe ningún incentivo para revisitarla a futuro.
Un desperdicio de tiempo y recursos que puede entretenernos una vez pero que en retrospectiva no tenía nada que ofrecer, la mayoría de sus ideas tematicad (Ej: Convertir a Peter Parker en un iron Man Jr) terminan siendo descartadas con amargura por su superior secuela.
8. The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
Aunque el paso del tiempo parece haber mejorado la percepción del Spiderman de Andrew Garfield con el público (Algo que en gran parte se debe a su brillante reiteración del personaje en No Way Home), La primera cinta de the amazing spiderman llevaba demasiado peso en sus espaldas y nunca pudo soportarlo, es innecesariamente dramática, invierte demasiado tiempo en subtramas poco interesantes (la relación de los padres de Peter Con oscorp) y cuenta con un villano icónico reducido a sus notas más genéricas.

5. Spider-Man 3 (2007)
Junto con The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Y far from home, en ciertos casos), Spider-Man 3 suele ser consideradas de las peores películas que ha recibido el personaje, algo bastante doloroso si consideramos lo apreciada que fueron las dos incursiones previas de Sam Raimi con el personaje.
Cuenta con el mismo problema de The Amazing Spider-Man 2 en cuanto al exceso de villanos y la estructura desorganizada, pero al mismo tiempo sirve como un cierre muy sólido a una de las trilogias más importantes en todo el cine de superhéroes moderno. Lo mejor sin duda es el aprovechamiento de las semillas narrativas que Raimi había introducido en spiderman 1 y 2: su rivalidad con Harry Osborn, los crecientes conflictos en su relación con Mary Jane, y la valiente pero interesante retcon del asesinato de su tío Ben Parker.
El factor nostalgia juega un rol importantísimo en mi apreciación por esta película pero admito que desde un punto emocional sigue calando mucho más hondo que todas las cintas que mencioné antes.
4. Spider-Man Homecoming (2017)
El primer rodeo individual de nuestro arácnido favorito en el MCU se ganó mi corazón rápidamente, haciendo tributo a sus iteraciones más clásicas del cómic y mezclandolo con un aprovechamiento inteligente del MCU, Holland era un soplo de aire fresco y estaba acompañado de muchas buenas decisiones creativas: Michael Keaton nos entregó un antagonista estupendo, el diseño de los trajes estaba on point y todo el cast sabía balancear muy bien el drama con la comedia escolar.

Para muchos es la película perfecta de Spider-Man, una exploración profunda al mito de uno de los personajes más importantes en toda la cultura popular moderna, Spiderman 2 aprovecha al máximo cada uno de sus elementos y lidiaba con muchos conflictos nunca antes vistos en el cine de superhéroes.
Alfred Molina fue un villano estupendo, los efectos visuales han envejecido muy bien y Raimi mezcló a la perfección los toques de comedia con la tragedia que implica ser Peter Parker.

Aunque objetivamente admito que su secuela fue superior, Spider-Man representó desde su estreno a principios de este nuevo milenio el estándar de calidad para cualquier historia de origen del personaje que se intente crear, visualmente hermosa y atemporal, es difícil concebir una aventura de Spidey más solida que está.
Las libertades creativas que se tomó Raimi tenían sentido, el green goblin cumplió su rol como uno de los villanos más icónicos dentro de todo el plantel de personaje y demostró que el cine de superhéroes valía la pena.
