Looper stars Bruce Willis and Joseph Gordon Levitt as the same guy. Levitt is a looper, a contract killer who kills people sent back in time. One day, he is tasked with killing himself in the form of Willis, a future him who has come back to kill a boy who will have a devastating effect on his future self.

Hijinks ensue. Emily Blunt is involved. This is a visually beautiful, really good movie, mostly. Levitt and Blunt give strong performances. Willis is very good as well, this was a highlight of his later years a film where he still cared about his performance and the movie he was in.

I also say the movie was good mostly because the ending was not good. It sort of betrays the entire film before it. It was an enjoyable flick overall but the ending bugged me.
