It’s hard to believe I’ve never seen this before. Buckaroo Banzai stars Peter Weller, Ellen Barkin, John Lithgow and Jeff Goldblum. I can’t even begin to describe the plot of this. It’s a crazy film and it is a lot of fun.

Seriously. Buckaroo is a scientist/rockstar/Doctor/other and, with his Hong Kong Caveliers, he does stuff. After he accesses the eighth dimension, he is suddenly needing to save the world from aliens from planet 10 who were imprisoned there.

It is zany. It is nonsensical. And it is incredibly enjoyable.

If you haven’t seen it, go watch it.
