Short review this morning, feeling exhausted lately and I think I’m catching a bug or something. Plus it’s report card season.

Back to the Future Part II is a harmless, for the most part, sequel to ** Back to the Future** which takes Marty McFly and Doc Brown to 2015, Back to an alternate reality 1985 and then even farther back to 1955 again. Michael J. Fox, Christopher Lloyd and Lea Thompson all return.

The first half of this film, in 2015 and alternate 1985, are fascinating and fun, original and excitingly charming.

The cliffhanger was neat.

The Not So Good...

Going back to 1955 and reliving the last day of the last film was annoying. I didn’t care about going through young Biff again from a different angle.

Mostly fun.
