At the beginning of the movie, a billionaire who spends all his wealth to help the poor and destroy the lives of ordinary people for his own happiness forms a secret team called The Ghost. Each member of that team finds out and forms a formidable six-strong team and starts working by numbers keeping their names secret within their team. And the leader of this ghost team is a billionaire named The One, who has started working to find the world's most dangerous criminals and destroy them.
First, The One takes his team to a lawyer in Florence, Italy to find out about a dangerous criminal. However, the lawyer does not provide information about his client, causing The War to pick up the lawyer's eyes to extract information about the criminal from the lawyer's phone and escape. By then, the gang members and the local police attack The Ghost Team and chase them. Number Six of The Ghost Team managed to escape with his extraordinary driving skills, but was accidentally killed at the last minute. As a result, the Ghost Team members find another new member to complete their mission, named Number Seven.
Afterwards, The One informs his Ghost Team members that their next mission is to kill the President of Turgistan, Rovach Alimov, to save the lives of innocent people in Turgistan.
