Movie Review:

In the beginning of the movie, an Intelligence Bureau officer IB Officer Raghavendra Rajput organizes a meeting with some security officers and police officer DSP Vishwanath Sastry to secure the Prime Minister's residence. IB Officer Raghavendra then inquires about a particular thief Tiger Nageswara Rao from DSP Vishwanath Sastry and learns that Tiger Nageswara Rao is a brilliant thief who if he was a storts man could have brought honor to the country, if he had worked for the army he would have won the warwould drop. Also, Tiger Nageswara Rao was never caught by the police even after giving all the information to the police before committing the theft.

DSP Vishwanath Sastry also said that Tiger Nageswara Rao started his crime by beheading his father when he was just 8 years old. IB Officer Raghavendra came to know about this and went through all the crime files of Tiger Nageswara Rao and after knowing everything started to know about Stuartpuram village. It is known that the people of this village led their lives by accepting forest animals and a British man built a settlement for them at Stuartpuram. However, even if the settlement was made, the people of the village were forced to steal because of no provision for the life of the people, and at one point Yelamanda used to steal from the people of the village and controlled all the thieves.

As Yelamanda was a very bad man, there was no one to help the people of the village. Gradually, Tiger Nageswara Rao becomes a strong and brave thief by training in theft and starts working against Yelamanda. As a result, Tiger Nageswara Rao turned from a thief to a gangster and started taking responsibility for the people of his village. It can be seen that Tiger Nageswara Rao made efforts to educate the children of the village and also to open a tobacco factory himself to provide employment to the educated youth. But Tiger Nageswara Rao's enemies are MLA Yelamanda and psycho police officer CI Mouli.

However, fooling all the enemies and the police, Tiger Nageswara Rao steals big things and spends those resources to improve the lives of the villagers. Tiger Nageswara Rao very cleverly managed to get the help of the Prime Minister and very intelligently got the government to work for the village people with paved roads, electricity, education facilities and opening of tobacco factories for the youth. When the government comes to know about the wrongdoing of MLA Yelamanda and psycho police officer CI Mouli, the government itself helps Tiger Nageswara Rao for the good of the village people. It is seen that eventually Tiger Nageswara Rao gives up his own life but improves the lives of the villagers by killing MLA Yelamanda and psycho police officer CI Mouli.
