This movie IT is not movie about geek , computer , programmer , just kids chased by a clown.
Clown demons are children eaters. IT sounds like a ludicrous premise, and IT's what makes me not completely choked wITh horror in IT . IT was a horror movie that worked so well, but he walked the thin line between brutal and silly. The filmmaker must have targeted the first word, but I find that he often gets lost in the second word. Probably because I, in the real world, is pretty fond of clowns. I do not know, horror is subjective. Some of the scare techniques use special effects that are competent, but they seem excessive in some parts.

Maybe this is because of the source material? I can not be sure, because I have not read the 1986 novel by famous horror wrITer Stephen King . But I've watched the minisher adaptation released in 1990 where Tim Curry plays the role of Pennywise the Clown. The miniseries last for nearly 4 hours and if weigh the Wikipedia statement where the script wrITer "should ignore many subplots for duration", then I conclude that the novel must be solid and thick. So IT makes sense when this movie version takes only half the story of the novel. No need to worry if the cut is awkward, because the story in the novel is composed of two different time scopes.

Even so, this is a dilemma. The first part we watch now takes time when the characters are still children, while the second part (in the planned sequel) tells how these kids are grown and "recalled" by the Clown. The motivation of new characters is more than just bITing in the second part, because they have to deal wITh childhood trauma. This makes this film incomplete. There is something missing that you may also feel when the credIT tITle starts scrolling.
The children who had to conquer the devil's clown were the Los Angeles-based Losers Club ( Jaeden Lieberher ), the bespectacled Richie ( Finn Wolfhard ), the fear of the germs of Eddie ( Jack Dylan Grazer ), and the silent Stanley ( Wyatt Oleff ). Later, their members will increase wITh the arrival of Ben's smart brat ( Jeremy Ray Taylor ), the beautiful girl who rumored Beverly ( Sophia Lillis ), and the black kid Mike ( Chosen Jacobs ). If you notice the familiar feeling of seeing these kids, maybe because you've watched the Stranger Things series from Netflix. Now we know they can be inspiration from where.
