And with this last review specifically for the moment, about this franchise of Baki animated and uploaded to the Netflix platform would culminate for the moment, since apparently it is expected the confirmation of another installment of such franchise on this platform, but for now this would be the last review as far as it goes, there are certain things I would like to talk about, but my main focus will be between two aspects linked to the plot and the characters, first the humiliations in general and especially to a specific character and second a battle between two very qualified fighters.
I apologize in advance if I have not presented these 3 adaptations chronologically, what happens is that I got a little excited with the first review of this theme and I hope not to cause so much confusion to those interested in reading, but I will do my best when I talk about this topic and franchise at another time and do it with the order that really corresponds and deserves, so without further ado let's start with the Raitai tournament.
Y con esta última reseña en especifico por los momentos, sobre esta franquicia de Baki animada y subida a la plataforma de Netflix culminaría por los momentos, ya que al parecer se espera la confirmación de otra entrega de tal franquicia en esta plataforma, pero por ahora esta sería la ultima reseña dentro de lo que cabe, hay ciertas cosas de las cuales quisiera hablar, pero mi enfoque principal será entre dos aspectos ligados a la trama y los personajes, primero las humillaciones en general y en especial a un personaje en especifico y segundo una batalla entre dos combatientes muy calificados.
Me disculpo de ante mano si no he presentado estas 3 adaptaciones de manera cronológica, lo que pasa es que me emocione un poco con la primera reseña de esta temática y espero no cause tanta confusión aquellos interesados al leer, pero hare mi mejor esfuerzo cuando hable sobre este tema y franquicia en otro momento y hacerlo con el orden que realmente corresponde y amerita, así que si mas preámbulo comencemos con el torneo del Raitai.

Baki the Grappler "Gurappura Baki" or just known as Baki, is a manga written and illustrated by Keisuke Itagaki, this was originally published in the Weekly shonen champion and succeeded by 3 sequels in the same magazine known as New grappler Baki which was serialized from 1999 to 2005, Baki son of ogre (2005 - 2012) and Baki - Dou (2014 - 2018), these series are based and designated in the manga.
This anime adaptation of the manga is the second saga of the second sequel of the franchise, which is titled "New grappler Baki: The saga of the great tournament of Raitai" this saga consists of a total of 8 episodes, however in this second sequel at the end of such tournament is presented the development of a specific character in the plot, which will lengthen the series turning it into 13 chapters as such, which would be 5 chapters more added of those 8 in specific. On March 5, 2020 would be announced by the animation studio TMS Entertainment, would return to elaborate this arc with a new art director, this season was released on June 4, 2020 exclusively for the Netflix platform.

Esta adaptación animada del manga viene siendo la segunda saga de la segunda secuela de la franquicia, la cual lleva como título "Nuevo grappler Baki: La saga del gran torneo del Raitai" esta saga consta de un total de 8 episodios, sin embargo en esta segunda secuela al finalizar tal torneo se presenta el desenvolvimiento de un personaje en especifico en la trama, lo cual alargara la serie convirtiéndola en 13 capítulos como tal, los cuales serian 5 capítulos mas agregados de esos 8 en especifico. El 5 de Marzo del 2020 seria anunciado por parte del estudio de animación TMS Entertainment, retornaría para elaborar este arco con un nuevo director de arte, esta temporada fue liberada el 4 de Junio del 2020 exclusiva para la plataforma de Netflix.
Synopsis / Sinopsis
The plot of Baki is very simple, the story revolves around our protagonist Hanma Baki which happens to be the son of Yujiro Hanma, which is considered in this world as the strongest creature of all and indeed I mention to say, "creature" because this is above even humans in many statutes mainly both physically and mentally, even being this one of them, the main intention of Baki is to overcome his father in combat and is something that will be present in various arcs risking various form to polish their skills and get to him.
After the events in the saga of the most lethal prisoners, our protagonist Baki is in a somewhat delicate state of health due to a previous encounter and combat that left him a little compromised. To help him in his situation they decide to move him to China to help him heal, however and in a very timely manner it is mentioned to Baki, that there will be a tournament that occurs every 100 years which is the Raitai tournament, which brings together the best martial artists from all over China and other parts of the world to fight and test their skills, Baki's father (Yujiro) and a promising young man named Mohammad Alai Jr decide to participate in this event and this prompts Baki to participate despite his delicate state.
La trama de Baki es muy simple, la historia gira en nuestro protagonista Hanma Baki el cual resulta ser el hijo de Yujiro Hanma, el cual es considerado en este mundo como la criatura más fuerte de todas y efectivamente hago mención al decirle, "criatura" porque este está por encima incluso de los humanos en muchos estatutos principalmente tanto física como mentalmente, incluso siendo este uno de ellos, la intención principal de Baki es el poder superar a su padre en combate y es algo que se verá presente en diversos arcos arriesgándose de diversas formar para pulir sus habilidades y llegar a él.
Después de los acontecimientos en la saga de los prisioneros más letales, nuestro protagonista Baki se encuentra en un estado un tanto delicado de salud debido a un anterior encuentro y combate que lo dejo un poco comprometido. Para ayudarle ante su situación deciden trasladarlo a China para poder ayudarle a sanar, sin embargo y de forma muy oportuna se le menciona a Baki, que ocurrirá un torneo que ocurre cada 100 años el cual es el torneo del Raitai, en el cual se reúnen los mejores artistas marciales de toda China y otras partes del mundo para poder luchar y poner a prueba sus habilidades, el padre de Baki (Yujiro) y un joven prometedor llamado Mohammad Alai Jr deciden participar en este evento y esto impulsa a Baki a participar a pesar de su estado tan delicado.
Personal opinion / Opinión personal
This saga personally was entertaining in several ways, but it was not my favorite, I felt much more vibes in the saga of the prisoners, but this does not mean that it is bad in general, on the contrary, it has several points that stand out quite a lot, mine in comparison to the other deliveries is more than nothing a preference or personal taste is all, this saga promises several things of which I will expose little by little, so let's start with the animation. The animation in this aspect is good, it is noted that this section has improved a little but still retaining its characteristic style, is in a middle ground in my opinion but it is not necessarily a bad thing, in some fights you can appreciate the fluidity and facial expressions or muscle very well, a factor that goes hand in hand with the aesthetics of this franchise.
Regarding the plot, it is quite entertaining, it fulfills its function, we can see Baki overcoming physically even in such a deplorable state of health and facing certain opponents, also the participation in the tournament of Yujiro and other characters of the faction of foreigners and a set of quite interesting skills, but it is time for me to talk about certain things linked to some fights.
For me this was the saga of humiliations, and I'm serious, there were some fights that turned out to be a humiliation for those people, either because the opponents didn't try very hard or they were simply too confident and that turned out badly, and the greatest exponent in this aspect is Baki's father when he appears in the tournament, with the exception of a certain occasion in which he has to measure his skills against a pretty strong artist, his way of thinking and acting make you really feel a little bad for the notorious result, when he flaunts his huge presence was a trait that I liked a lot.
And speaking of humiliations, I haven't seen a character that promised so much in the first instance, and showed himself to be an act and capable in certain areas and then ended up very, very badly, I literally feel that the author placed this specific character (which I won't talk about in detail, so as not to spoil the spoiler) just as a smokescreen, but considering that the mangaca of this franchise likes to humiliate various characters in different ways, I'm not really surprised, although I recognize that it was a bit sad how he ended up.

Esta saga en lo personal fue entretenida en varios sentidos, pero no fue mi favorita, sentí muchas más vibras en la saga de los prisioneros, pero esto no quiere decir que es mala en general no al contrario tiene varios puntos que destacan bastante, lo mío en comparación a las otras entregas es más que nada una preferencia o gusto personal es todo, esta saga promete varias cosas de las cuales expondré de a poco, así que comencemos con la animación. La animación en este aspecto es buena, se nota que tal apartado a mejorado un poco pero aun conservando su estilo característico, esta en un punto medio a mi parecer pero no es necesariamente algo malo, en algunos combates se puede apreciar la fluidez y las expresiones faciales o musculares muy bien, un factor que va de la mano con la estética de esta franquicia.
Con respecto a la trama, es bastante entretenida cumple su función, podemos ver a Baki superándose físicamente inclusive en un estado tan deplorable de salud y enfrentándose a ciertos oponentes, también la participación en el torneo de Yujiro y otros personajes de la facción de los extranjeros y un conjunto de habilidades bastante interesante, pero ya es momento para mí de hablar de ciertas cosas vinculadas algunos combates.
Para mí esta fue la saga de las humillaciones, y lo digo enserio estuvieron presentes algunas peleas de las cuales pasaron a ser una humillación para esas personas, sea que los contrincantes no se esforzaron mucho o simplemente se confiaron bastante y les salió mal eso, y el mayor exponente en este aspecto es el padre de Baki cuando hace acto de presencia en el torneo, con excepción de cierta ocasión en la cual le toca medir sus habilidades con un artista bastante fuerte, su manera de pensar y actuar hacen que realmente te sientas un poco mal por el resultado notorio, cuando hace alarde de su descomunal presencia fue un rasgo que me gusto mucho.
Y hablando de humillaciones, tenía tiempo que no veía a un personaje que prometía tanto a primera instancia, y se mostraba acto y capacitado en ciertos ámbitos para luego terminar muy pero muy mal literalmente siento que el autor coloco a este personaje en especifico (del cual no hablaré en detalle, para no spoilear) solo como una cortina de humo, pero considerando que el mangaca de esta franquicia le gusta mucho humillar de diversas formas a varios personajes no me sorprende mucho la verdad, aunque reconozco que fue algo triste como termino el.
Y con esto termino con las entregas de Baki realizadas y animadas por Netflix, luego me centrare en los arcos anteriores a este, en el cual se expondrá de una mejor manera el pasado y niñez de nuestro protagonista, y me encargare de presentarlo como es debido, gracias por llegar hasta aquí y espero que hayan disfrutado la lectura, hasta la próxima.
