Perfect/Perfección (Reseña/Review)

Adam is a reporter for Rolling Stone magazine, looking for his next article, he finds interesting the fact that people use gyms to meet people and not bars as they used to do before, he does his research while carrying the story of an entrepreneur that the government wants him dead.

Adam es un reportero de la revista Rolling Stone, buscando cual seria su próximo articulo encuentra interesante el hecho de que las personas utilizan los gimnasios para conocer personas y no los bares como se solía hacer antes, hace su investigación mientras lleva la historia de un empresario que el gobierno lo quiere muerto.

It's funny how I wanted to see this movie, I saw a meme of John dancing and it was enough to look for it, I already knew that he was considered a great dancer at the time, when I read about how Uma Truman confessed to feeling nervous when dancing with him in Pulp Fiction, I thought that he would have more dances or something like that, but it turns out that he has a pretty serious story to be about aerobics and news.

The story, I have always felt the old films as books brought to the screen, perhaps because I have only read books that are too old because they are the ones I have gotten, but the story is very colorful in my mind for the same reason, as being harmoniously planned to go from one place to another, although I felt that in one scene or another the transition did not feel very good, but what can I ask for a movie released in 1985.

I've only seen Jamie Lee Curtis in comedies and when she was older, I hadn't seen her work when she was young, seeing how attractive she looks at that time, I wouldn't be surprised to know that after that movie she was called for others, doing those dances that for the moment could have been a call for attention, I have always seen John Travolta as attractive, it is not something that I lose over time, but seeing Jamie in something that is not a comedy that makes her look like a desperate mother or something like that, it adds a touch of grandeur to her, I would like to see something more daring from her today.

The story is of a love that is not at first sight, something that was forged with the interaction time of the characters, in addition to the fact that the secondary characters bring the story to life in several scenes, each character is necessary for the story, not being something of filler, I like that of the old films, each thing had its reason, not being a waste at all, perhaps because the cinema is very new and not wanting to risk too much money.

From the movie I wanted to see more of dances, I thought that I would have more to see that clip of the main characters dancing in the gym, but even so the story is made interesting and intriguing by the secondary story of the businessman who is wanted by the government, giving a breathe to the main story but without taking away all the focus. I couldn't say that I would stay to see this film of almost two hours again, I liked some flirting scenes, from the news that Adam wrote, but I would not stay again to see how everything is resolved again, even with that I don't I couldn't say that I wouldn't recommend it either, it's entertaining, funny and interesting, so I definitely recommend it.

Es curioso como quise ver esta película, vi un meme de John bailando y fue suficiente para buscarla, ya sabia que lo consideraban un gran bailarín en su momento, al leer sobre como Uma Truman confeso sentirse nerviosa al bailar con él en Pulp Fiction, pensé que tendría más bailes o algo por el estilo, pero resulta que tiene una historia bastante seria para tratarse de aerobicos y noticas.

La historia, siempre he sentido los films antiguos como libros llevados a la pantalla, tal vez por solo haber leído libros demasiados viejos porque son los que he conseguido, pero se me hace muy colorido en mi mente la historia por lo mismo, como estando armoniosamente planeado de ir de un lugar a otro, aunque si sentí que en una escena u otra la transición no la sentí muy buena, pero que puedo pedir para una película estrenada en el 1985.

A Jamie Lee Curtis la he visto en comedias nada más, y de mayor, no había visto un trabajo de ella siendo joven, viendo lo atractiva que se ve en aquella época no me sorprendería saber que después de esa película fue llamada para otras, haciendo esos bailes que para el momento pudo haber sido todo un llamado de atención, a John Travolta siempre lo he visto atractivo, no es algo que pierda con el tiempo, pero a Jamie viéndola en algo que no sea una comedia que la haga ver como una madre desesperada o algo por el estilo, le agrega un toque de grandeza a su persona, me gustaría ver algo más atrevido de ella en la actualidad.

La historia es de un amor que no es a primera vista, algo que se forjo con el tiempo de interacción de los personajes, ademas de que los personajes secundarios le da vida a la historia en varias escenas, cada personaje es necesario para la historia, no siendo algo de relleno, me gusta eso de las películas antiguas, cada cosa tenia su porque, no siendo un desperdicio absolutamente nada, tal vez por ser muy nuevo el cine y no queriendo arriesgar demasiado dinero.

De la película quise ver más de bailes, pensé que tendría más por ver ese clip de los personajes principales bailando en el gimnasio, pero aun así la historia se hace interesante e intrigante por la historia secundario del empresario que lo busca el gobierno, dando un respiro a la historia principal pero sin quitarle todo el foco. No podría decir que me quedaría a ver esta película de casi dos horas de nuevo, me gustaron algunas escenas de coqueteo, de la noticia que escribía Adam, pero no me quedaría de nuevo a ver como se resuelve todo de nuevo, aun con eso no podría decir tampoco que no la recomendaría, es entretenida, divertida e interesante, así que definitivamente la recomiendo.
