Second season of Manifest was...meh

Review by @trumpman · 1669d · of Manifest

A few days ago I shared my thoughts on the first season of manifest which recently made an appearance on Netflix.

The show had a decent and very promising start with the first season. I wish I could say the same for the second. It just felt like it dragged and dragged and dragged forever and I found it for the most part quite boring. Also I hate how all the sub plots always led to a happy ending like a Disney movie.

It would be nice if they given us some answers as well, but we didn't get any, instead the whole plane disappearance thing became even more complex...With to be fair, some interesting twists.

Season 2 would probably be way better if it was packed with more action and less episodes.

Anyways, i will check season 3 when it becomes available on Netflix but if it's similarly boring I will skip it and find out what happens from Wikipedia, lmao.

I like watching youtube reviews when it comes to shitty movies, they are much more satisfying :)

Sounds like a Dynasty type of series.

I agree. I started to feel as if I'd eaten too much candy - I simply got really sick of it.

First, I hate movies with unnecessary long buildup.

I know sometimes it is needed but when it gets too long I get sleepy.

This is the reason why I don't do well with movies.

Sorry for the whole time wasted..

I get that part of happy ending too. It can be annoying

Can we just have a sad end if the story points that way?

You should see queen and slim if you have the time to

I used to think less episodes of a series in a season were a rip-off till Game of Thrones. If you can tell a good story in six episodes, better to do so than drag unnecessarily with unneeded content
