The Chosen, a Netflix gem in a sea of poop

When it comes to American stuff, Netflix is full of garbage and it gives you quite a hard time until you find something decent enough to watch.

But when it comes to European and Korean stuff, there are lots of gems to pick from! And such is the case with the chosen, a Sci-Fi show that popped a few days ago.

This is a production from Denmark that combines the old "teens investigating mystery" gene with scifi alien stuff.

Despite season 1 being just six episodes long, it manages to pack plenty of action, mystery, character & story development and plot twists. And the special effects are top notch when used.

The only thing that I didn't like was the erotic triangle which imo felt a bit forced but thankfully there wasn't much of it.

The only real problem someone might have with the series is the Danish language which took me a while till I got accustomed to it... It's even more barbaric than German, lmao.

Anyways.. A great show, can't wait for the second season!

    As far as Netflix is concerned, I like how they bring good Kdramas to the spotlight. Those Korean dudes are nailing it.

    This trailer has vibes. Immediately they changed the soundtrack, the intensity increased.

    I don't have problem with reading subtitles while watching a good show. It just has to be good
