- The Godfather is one of the best films in history, this was created by Francis Ford Coppola in 1972 and produced by Paramount Picture, Coppola is one of the most influential directors that cinema has had throughout its history and is part of a group of directors who marked the era called "The New Hollywood", with characters such as Martin Scorsese, Steven Spielberg, Brian de Palma and George Lucas, among others.

I love to talk about great characters in good stories and one of them is Vito Corleone "The Godfather" played by Marlon Brando, one of the best actors that Hollywood has had in its history, who from the first minutes gives us a chair of performance in the already famous opening scene, where Don Corleone has a conversation with Bonasera a family friend who comes to his help to solve his problems. In this sequence, masterfully filmed by the director, we can get an idea of what it means to be the godfather, how he is an important figure for his environment, how he gives value to the family, his experience in the business and his complexity as a character.
El valor de la familia está muy presente en este film, en una de mis escenas favorita en donde Vito y su hijo Michael conversan amenamente en una mesa en su jardín, Vito le da indicaciones de lo que tiene que hacer para convertirse en un buen jefe de familia, como cuidar el negocio y de cómo alguien de su círculo parece lo traicionaría esto con toque de un drama proporcionada por la situación y una banda sonora que en la que la pieza principal hace eco siempre en momentos importantes.
The value of family is very present in this film, in one of my favorite scenes where Vito and his son Michael are having a pleasant conversation at a table in his garden, Vito gives him indications of what he has to do to become a good boss. Family, how to take care of the business and how someone in your circle seems would betray this with a touch of drama provided by the situation and a soundtrack that the main piece always echoes in important moments.

In general terms, I do not find any flaw in this masterpiece, perhaps some performances by the side for nothing to claim, a structurally perfect script, impeccable photography, great characters and to conclude my score for The Godfather is a remarkable 10/10.
