클래식 영화들을 보면 여배우가 등장하는 장면마다 화면을 블러처리 해서 예쁘게 보여주던 쇼트를 볼수 있습니다 여배우가 영화의 꽃이라는 일종의 존중 쇼트입니다. 지금은 시대상황이 바뀌어 찾아보기 어려운 장면이 되었지만요.
재키 브라운(팜 그리어 분)은 스크린에 얼굴 전체가 주로 등장하고 그녀가 맥스체리(로버트 포스터 분)를 만날때에서야 그녀의 훌륭한 전신이 나옵니다. 그녀의 감정은 그녀가 트는 음악을 통해 보여집니다. 스튜어디스 복장도 멋졌는데 정장을 입으니 더 멋져진 그녀는 맥스체리와 키스합니다
정제된 풀샷과 잘 선곡된 노래가 베테랑 배우 팜그리어를 존중하는 타란티노의 영화적 블러쇼트였습니다.
재키브라운은 타란티노의 처벌극 시리즈가 헤이트풀8로 완결되었다고 볼때 다음 후속작의 성격을 가늠하게 해주는 영화로 볼수 있습니다.
p.s. 10편찍고 은퇴하겠다는 타란티노의 말을 믿지 마십시오. 영화감독은 절대로 영화 못끊습니다. 특히 이야기 구조의 변주로만 8편을 찍어댄 사람..... 치.. 치칙 칙...
