Review by @vonnaputra · 3036d · of It

In 1990 there was a famous horror-themed mini series called It. The mini series was adapted from Stephen King's novel of the same title.

Mini series consisting of 2 episodes is a great success because the audience can feel the fear of terror from the clown. Even because this mini series many people who experienced trauma or fear to the clown.

It was then played by Richard Thomas, Dennis Christopher and Harry Anderson also won 3 prestigious awards namely Primetime Emmy Awards (1990), American Cinema Editors (1991) and Online Film & Television Association (2006).

27 years later, Hollywood tried his luck by rebooting from the mini-series. This project has been promoted in advance by Warner Bros., as the studio that worked on this project until finally the first teaser trailer and the poster has also been released.

In this first trailer we are invited to follow a boy who was playing boat paper on the edge of the road when it rains. But the boy was surprised by the horror of the clown's face. Then the scene moved to the case of the disappearance of children in the small town.

Some of the boys who were curious about the case tried to investigate it until they finally met the clown named Pennywise who constantly terrorized them.

This time reboot version was handled by Mama (2013) horror movie director Andres Muschietti and played by young stars like:

  • Bill Skarsgard (Allegiant [2016]) as the clown, Pennywise
  • Finn Wolfhard (Serial Supernatural [2015]) as Richie Tozier
  • Nicholas Hamilton (Captain Fantastic [2016]) as Henry Bowers
  • Megan Charpenter (Resident Evil: Retribution [2012]) as Gretta
  • Jaeden Lieberher (Midnight Special [2016]) as Bill Denbrough

It will tell you about the creepy clown and likes to bring this red balloon planned to air in the US on September 8, 2017.

For you lovers of horror movies and also have never watched the mini series first, would very much look forward to this movie. We wait and see when it is released later if the reboot version of this can be as successful and inconvenient as the predecessor or not.
