Now, I can see why this film is nominated for best picture! If you like classic stories, you're going to enjoy watching Phantom Thread! I've worked in the dry cleaning industry for more than 10 years and it was quite pleasant to see all the fabrics and tailor work being handled on camera! The score and music for this film is fantastic, it set every mood within each scene. I swear, if Reynolds Woodcock was born in 'the golden age of piracy' he would of made an awesome pirate with his principles and the way things were done along with his "old sew and sew." "Never cursed."
I'm going to be honest with you guys, this movie got me saying "WTF" and yet I wanted more! It was worth watching for the story alone!
