Bienvenidos a un nuevo post para los amantes del cine y de las series, hoy les traigo “Mickey 17", una pelicula recomendada por @maurojd donde en un mundo futurista relata la realidad posible frente a las atrocidades humanas, el escape de la deuda, el escape del mundo, y el humano como centro primordial de la vida misma. Esta pelicula la vi por Stremio, plataforma que dejare a continuación ya que actualmente esta muy caro las plataformas de stream y quise acortar gastos todo lo posible
Welcome to a new post for film and TV lovers! Today I'm bringing you "Mickey 17," a film recommended by @maurojd. Set in a futuristic world, it explores a possible reality in the face of human atrocities, the struggle to escape debt, the escape from the world, and humanity as the central focus of life itself. I watched this film on Stremio, a platform I'll link below, as streaming services are currently very expensive and I wanted to cut costs as much as possible.
El protagonista junto a su amigo fueron enredados con un deudor muy peligroso, por quien deciden escapar y entrar a la nave espacial donde trabajaran por la ciencia y por el poder de unos humanos sedientos de poder. Así mismo veremos como un futuro distopico termina siendo lo mismo con la misma clase de sociedad, poderosos sin pensamiento y súbditos que siguen sin cuestionamiento
The protagonist and his friend become entangled with a dangerous debtor, from whom they decide to escape and enter a spaceship where they will work for science and for the power of a power-hungry group of humans. We will also see how a dystopian future ends up being the same, with the same kind of society: powerful individuals without thought and subjects who follow without question.
El amor es también un motor de cambio, y Mickey 17 (y 18) lo saben. Gracias a su vinculo construido todo ese tiempo en la nave se construye una nueva personalidad, donde a pesar de las atrocidades que vio, su pasado volviendo al presente por la tecnología logran luchar por lo "bueno" dentro de las catástrofes
Love is also a driving force for change, and Mickey, ages 17 (and 18), know this. Thanks to the bond they forged during their time on the ship, a new personality is formed, where despite the atrocities they witnessed, their past returning to the present through technology allows them to fight for "good" amidst the catastrophes.
Al conseguir la multiplicación del humano, cierta "humanidad" del sentido de la vida se pierde, y vemos como sin desprecio muere el protagonista unas 16 veces, dando lugar al numero 17 y su próxima copia, 18, quienes protagonizaran la pelicula de manera excelente con dos personalidades del mismo actor. Justo en esta escena lo mandan afuera del espacio para que este en radiación y que diga que síntomas padece, sin remordimiento del sufrimiento se ven encrucijadas entre la perdida total de una posible moralidad humana y social
By achieving human multiplication, a certain "humanity" in the meaning of life is lost, and we see the protagonist die 16 times without remorse, giving rise to number 17 and his next copy, 18, who will star in the film brilliantly, each portrayed by the same actor. Right in this scene, he is sent out into space to be exposed to radiation and describe his symptoms. Without remorse for the suffering, we see crossroads between the total loss of any possible human and social morality.
Cuando vi quien era Bong Joon-ho entendi la trama hermosa de la pelicula, también fue el director y guionista de "Parásitos", una pelicula que marca también la dualidad del estatus social a que pertenecen dos estilos de vida completamente diferentes, uno sumergido en la supervivencia, y el otro en los lujos de la cotidianeidad ya satisfechos de mas
When I saw who Bong Joon-ho was, I understood the beautiful plot of the film. He was also the director and screenwriter of "Parasite," a film that also highlights the duality of social status between two completely different lifestyles: one immersed in survival, and the other in the luxuries of everyday life, already more than satisfied.
