Hoy quiero compartir mi receta salvadora, la que recibe todos los halagos y me hace quedar como una gran pastelera. Para que una torta salga muy rica tiene que partir de una buena base, por eso es importante que el bizcochuelo sea caserito. Esta es mi receta:

En un bols colocamos 4 claras de huevo con 100grs de azúcar y batimos las claras a punto nieve. En otro bols van a estar las 4 yemas con 100grs de azúcar, un chorrito de vainilla, una cucharada colmada de polvo de hornear, 50ml de leche y 30ml de aceite de girasol. Batimos y en esta preparación vamos a ir combinando la incorporación de las clara a punto nieve y la harina 0000 (250grs). Te tiene que quedar como una crema por eso los movimientos van a ser envolventes para que los ingredientes se vayan amigando suavemente.

¿Cómo lo Cocinamos? Molde en mantecado y enharinado y el secreto de la temperatura es cocinarlo con un calor medio o suave depende de tu horno, lo fundamental es que no abras la puerta durante 45’ y cuando veas que el bizcochuelo se desprende de las paredes el molde ¡ya está! La práctica hace al maestro y sabrás sintiendo el olorcito a torta que sale el horno, cuando es el momento justo para sacarla.

El relleno es clásico y muy rico. Ingredientes: Crema de leche 350cc, dulce de leche repostero 500grs, 4 rodajas de durazno, 100grs de nueces y un puñado de merenguitos. La capa inferior lleva duraznos cortados bien finos con un puñado de nueces y crema. La segunda capa dulce de leche repostero, crema, merengues, nueces. Espero que disfrutes mucho esta receta.
