Hello friends, as you well know the last HF has produced changes in the world of Steem.
In addition to changing the percentage of rewards between authors and editors there has also been a change to the downvote mechanism.
Just this last change has produced a very positive action against the abuse of the use of bidbots.
Many accounts that provided an automatic curation have passed or are moving to manual curation.
@tipU instead had an idea that I think is brilliant:

Instead of making an expensive, time-consuming, manual curation, tipU decided to distribute the curation work to many curators.
The curation mechanism.
Each curator has a maximum number of votes that he can distribute each day.
To ask @tipU to vote for a post, just type a command at the end of a comment. The comment containing the command must be left to the post you want to edit.
The command is as follows:
When you vote you can enter a value ranging from 0.5 to value of your "Curation Mana":
For example, if your Curation Mana is 4 (you can check your Curation Mana at https://tipu.online/curators):
- If you put 1 (tipU will vote with 1%).
- If you put 4 (tipU will vote with 4%)
- You can also use fractions 0.5 (tipU will vote with 0.5%) ....
If you put 1, after the vote your Curation Mana will be decreased by 1 and it will be no more 4/4 but 3/4.

Each curator can nominate other curators with a special command. Also in this case the command must be left at the end of a comment.

The ranking of the curators.
To encourage curators to search for high quality posts, @tipU has decided to create a ranking of the curators. To get a high score you need to find quality posts and get them to vote with the right timing.
The curator who has a high score will have a higher reward for his work and will be able to give more votes and more appointments.

As you can see from the picture I can make four nominations (0/4) and I have a Curation Mana of 100%(22/22): I have in practice 22 votes with a weight of 1%

Ciao amici, come ben sapete l'ultimo HF ha prodotto dei cambiamenti nel mondo di Steem.
Oltre alla modifica della percentuale delle rewards tra autori e curatori c'è stata anche la modifica al meccanismo dei downvote.
Proprio quest'ultima modifica ha portato ad una molto positiva azione di contrasto all'abuso dell'utilizzo dei bidbot.
Molti account che fornivano una curation automatica sono passati o stanno passando alla curation manuale.
@tipU invece ha avuto un'idea che secondo me è geniale:

Invece di fare una costosa, in termini di tempo, curation manuale ha pensato di distribuire il lavoro di curation a tanti curatori.
Il meccanismo della curation.
Ogni curatore ha un numero massimo di voti che può distribuire ogni giorno.
Per fare in modo che il voto di @tipU venga eseguito, basta digitare un comando alla fine di un commento. Il commento contenente il comando deve essere lasciato al post che si vuole curare.
Il comando è il seguente:
Quando voti puoi inserire un valore che va da 0.5 fino al max della tua "Curation Mana".
Ad esempio se la tua Curation Mana è 4 (puoi verificare la tua Curation Mana all'indirizzo https://tipu.online/curators) :
- Se metti 1 (tipU voterà con l' 1%).
- Se metti 4 (tipU voterà con il 4%)
- Puoi anche usare delle frazioni 0.5 (0.5%)
Se hai messo 1, dopo il voto la tua Curation Mana sarà decrementata di 1 e sarà non più 4/4 ma 3/4.

Ogni curatore può a sua volta nominare altri curatori con un comando apposito. Anche in questo caso il comando deve essere lasciato alla fine di un commento.

La classifica dei curatori.
Per incentivare i curatori a cercare i post di alta qualità, @tipU ha pensato di creare una classifica dei curatori. Per avere un punteggio alto è necessario scovare post di qualità e farli votare con il giusto timing.
Il curatore che ha un punteggio alto avrà una ricompensa maggiore per il suo lavoro e potrà dare più voti e più nomine.
Ecco la ricompensa che ho ricevuto dal primo giorno di curation:

Come puoi vedere dallo screenshot in alto posso fare quattro nomine per giorno (0/4) e ho una curation mana (22/22):
nomination (0/4) significa, appunto, che posso nominare quattro curatori. mana curation 100% (22/22) significa che posso assegnare 22 voti da 1% oppure 11 voti da 2% e così via...
